Bra mellanklasshotell
Litet hotell vid starkt trafikerad gata, fick turligt nog rum åt baksidan så jag stördes inte av detta. Rummet var kanske mindre än jag förväntat mej men för 1 person var det OK. Bra AC som dessutom var tyst, bra badrum med tillräckligt med "svängrum". Frukostbuffén var inte överdådig, det fanns det nödvändiga och lite till. Kaffet var svagt.

Good affordable hotel in the business district
If you do not need amenities like gym, pool, etc why to pay more, this is the same thing I've asked myself since I only needed a good, clean bed.

El hotel muy bien ubicado, muy buen desayuno, buen servicio en general. Lo único es que no funcionaba la caja de seguridad, pero me ofrecieron cambiarme de cuarto.

Good budget hotel, but internet wasn't working
This is a small basic budget hotel with no leisure facilities or gym, so ideal for anyone wanting B&B basic lodging while in Santiago and it's walking distance from Tobalaba metro (Red Line 4) and a large shopping mall. My room was very spacious and great value for money, included a kitchen and large bedroom and breakfast is included in room rate. I had all I needed, except the wi-fi wasn't working at all throughout the hotel during my stay, the staff were very apologetic and explained that it was provided by an outside company and that they had been experiencing problems with it. I can imagine it was a nuisance for any business guests. The breakfast was fine, plenty on offer for price paid and expected, nice comfortable seating area and garden outside is open during nicer weather. El Golf metro station is a short walk away down the other way towards Las Condes and there are plenty of restaurants around and bars. Very good location for anybody coming to Santiago for first time or returning to the city for business or pleasure.

Bom, de forma geral
Hotel muito bem localizado, limpo e com pessoal muito cordial e atencioso. Apesar do bom tamanho do quarto, o banheiro é muito pequeno e, no meu caso, havia um vazamento de água do boxe para a "área seca" do banheiro, que reportei desde o primeiro dia de hospedagem, mas nada foi feito, deixando o banheiro todo molhado a cada banho.

This 3 stars hotel is situated in a convenient and safe area of Santiago with a lot of amazing restaurants. The breakfast buffet was copious and the stafff very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to other tourists because it is good value for money.

Overall, a good stay ..
A bit expensive for what it offer. However, hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It is well located close to restaurants and shopping malls. The room was nice and comfortable.

Quick Weekend Stay
Quick stay over the weekend during a business trip. Location was great, could use a little TLC, but was a nice place to stay.

Great location, clean and convenient.
We spent 2 separate 3-night stays there (with a trip to Valparaiso in between). The location was great and the hotel was fine, but the rooms could use a remodel and better beds and the breakfast was barely adequate. After 2 mornings, we sought out local places for breakfast and found Starbucks better than the hotel! Loved the small backyard which was a nice quiet place to relax. Staff was friendly, but not nearly as attentive or knowledgeable as the staff at the Hotel we stayed at in Valparaiso.

Good value and pleasant stay
The front desk will help you with anything you need. I forgot an electrical converter, they lent me one. Directions to places to eat. Metro is close by. Upscale business neighborhood with trees.

Hotel bem localizado em Las Condes.
O hotel está localizado em uma das melhores áreas de Santiago. Perto da estação Tobalaba do metrô (linha de entroncamento que permite sair para dois lados da cidade, centro e região nova de Las Condes que possui o Parque Arauco). O hotel em si é simples, mas com café da manhã e restaurantes próximos para almoço e jantar. A pizzaria Tiramissu, considerado quinto melhor restaurante de Santiago no trip advisor está a duas quadras do hotel, vale a pena dar um pulo lá.

Excelente Hotel
Fomos ao Chile passa nossa Lua de Mel e amamos o Eurotel El Bosque. O hotel fica localizado na parte nobre do Chile, localização excelente. Perto de shopping, restaurantes, casas de cãmbio, estação de metro. Os funcionários do hotel são super receptivos, nos ajudaram em tudo o que solicitamos. O quarto é muito bom e espaçoso. Cama confortável, banheiro limpo e agradável. Ducha muito boa. O café da manhã também é muito bom. Não tem a variedade que temos no Brasil, mas é bom entender que é outra cultura. Se voltarmos à Santiago, com certeza nos hospedaremos novamente no Eurotel El Bosque. Valeu muito a pena e nossa lua de mel foi perfeita!

Apenas fiquei uma noite neste hotel, por isso não posso avaliar com tantos detalhes. O quarto que reservei era confortável e espaçoso. O banheiro sem box e com apenas uma cortina é um problema, em razão do vazamento de água que encharca o chão. O café da manhã é muito fraco, com quase nada de opções para comer. Definitivamente, foi o pior café da manhã que já vi em hotéis, mas não por causa da qualidade do que havia, e sim em razão da falta de opções). A localização do hotel é boa, mas pelo que vi na região e na internet há hotéis bem mais novos e melhores no bairro.

Esta foi minha primeira viagem a Santiago, após diversas pesquisas escolhemos o Eurotel pela localização e preço cobrado. Fiquei meio receoso pois nao tinha muitas referencias do hotel. Chegando a Santiago pegamos um taxi para lá e, quando chegamos, ficamos surpresos. O hotel está bem localizado, fomos bem recepcionados pelos funcionarios e ficamos surpresos com as instalações, nada excepcional porem bem mais arrumada e limpa que muitos hoteis de rede conhecidas que jah me hospedei. Uma surpresa, vale muito o custo/beneficio.

Good location, tidy, comfortable & helpful staff
The prices at the front desk are quite high, but I booked online and got a very reasonable rate. My room had a small kitchenette and was quite large. The bathroom was very small, but clean. The bed was very comfortable with no rubber bedsheet - Yay! The air-con worked well and there was plenty of space for clothes. The room is surrounded by tall buildings so no view and no sun in my bedroom despite being a north facing room. However, the hotel is in a great location and easy reach of public transport, shops etc. It is also quiet and I slept very well. I would certainly stay here again. Its staff are friendly and helpful, it is not ostentatious, but has everything you need.

Excelente. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, a 300 metros de una estacion del metro de la linea 1, la mas importante, y a 200 metros de una calle que esta llena de restaurantes y bares muy bonita. También muy cerca del mall Costanera que es precioso.

Excelente localização! quarto bem pequeno e sem luxo, mas muito limpo e confortável.Tv LCD com canal brasileiro ( se não me engano 61). Diferente do que muitos relataram, não paguei pelo uso da internet. No último dia ,cobraram um refrigerante a mais, disse que não tinha consumido e na mesma hora retiraram o valor sem questionar. O café da manhã me atendeu bem e , realmente, a senhora responsável pelo café,não é agradável. Achei o preço justo para os serviços prestados. É um hotel barato, se comparados a outros hotéis na mesma área. Ps: não peça taxi do hotel ou deixe claro que deseja um táxi e não serviço particular . Paguei o dobro do valor em uma corrida privada, ao pedir um táxi para eles.
