Locks you in â and doesnât have a first aid kit
I suspect someone is trying to boost this hotelâs ratings with false reviews.
This is not a 3,5 star hotel. Itâs maximum 2. Thereâs no breakfast and no bar available, the hotel is old, and rather dirty. Furniture, bed, shower, toilet, everything is worn down and would need a complete refurbishment.
The staff is friendly though.
The hotel is located next to the party area Bella Vista, but on the âwrongâ side, in an area that is so unsafe that a majority of the buildings have barbed wire fences. The hotel itself locks you in, because of the area, with an iron gate infront of the front door. Youâll have to call for assistance to be let out of the hotel, and in of course.
Also, I fell and scratched my elbow around the corner from the hotel. When asking the reception for a first aid kit, desinfectant and band aids, the guy working just said that none was available, because it was locked away at this hour he said they did have one, but it was locked away at this time and he didnât have the key (this was at 8.30pm).
On top of that, they have a very complicated WiFi-system with equally complicated passwords and still donât reach all rooms. So count on using your roaming if youâre travelling internationally. And the last day there was no electricity in the whole building from very early morning and still none when I collected my bags and left for the airport at 2pm.
