Fint, mysigt hotell i centrala Santiago. Nära till barer och kaféer. Rent, fräscht och med lite exklusiv känsla. Tyst och lugnt trots centralt läge. Vänlig personal som bla hjälpte till med taxi beställning. Rekommenderas!

Bra och lite roligt hotell med bra läge.
Riktigt trevlig hotell med fin bar/restaurnag på taket. Fokus vin men de hade även annan dricka. Området är kalas med närhet till museer samt nära att gå till t.ex. marknader, barer och restauranger. Enkelt också med närheten till floden vilket är ett bra riktmätke då man vandrar runt i staden. Mycket trevlig personal som hjälpte till med tips och förslag.

Loved the property and helpfulness of the staff. I did not like being charged 12usd for getting wine on a towel and being given a letter saying I misused it.

Nice location with a few areas to explore around the hotel on foot. The roof top restaurant is also a nice feature if you don’t feel like going out for dinner. Breakfast wasn’t great, not much selection and no de-caf coffee.

It is not a big hotel about 3 rooms in a floor but the room size is good. I can layout 2 check-bag luggage and 2 hand carry easily without issue. They have a roof top bar you can overlook part of city view while you have a cold drink. The front desk staff are very helpful and their English is good. However they have only one elevator which is small. Like me, we have two people and 4 pcs of luggage, that was it can take.

Friendly staff, nice room. Comfortable bed and great shower. However, being on the 7th floor it was noisy with the bar above. Also, smoke from the bar infiltrated my room which was most unpleasant. That was worse than the noise. The noise I tolerated, but the smoke was disgusting! I am not used to all this smoking, as it not allowed to smoke where food is being served in my country. I would open my window to try to air the room. Saturday night was the worst when the smoke smell was strongest. This hotel claims to be a non smoking hotel, but that was not my experience. The restaurant across the road does nice food; better than upstairs with the many smokers, smoking in a supposedly 'non-smoking hotel'. But it's likely a good money spinner for the hotel, as it was well patronised, so I don't imagine this will change. Just hope you don't get the seventh floor underneath.

This hotel has a fabulous location! We walked a lot around it, and far away places were always easy to get by car. The room itself was beautiful, bed and pillows super comfortable. The shower and toiletries wonderful. Breakfast had limited options, but everything was delicious. I would definitely go back to this hotel on a future trip.

We ended up having booked the suite, the largest room in the hotel. I was not even aware of that. The room was great, although extremely noisy at night. The AC didn’t work very well and the room was too warm. We open the windows which helped, but then the noise pollution was severe. The breakfast was adequate although if you didn’t get there by 8 to 815 they ran out of things and did not replace them. We met a couple who had just arrived from the airport. They had taken a cab and the driver charged two credit cards over $3000 each. It was quite stressful as you can imagine although in the end everything worked out. A Viking rep met our flight and took us to a place close y in the airport where it said official taxi and she made sure we got in one of those. The cost was $24 from the airport to this hotel and we gave him a three dollar tip. Be sure if you go to Santiago that you find out where the official taxis are located so that you don’t get scammed. Somewhere in Santiago, I was robbed of approximately $150. It probably did not take place in the hotel, but I don’t know for sure. Be very careful when you are there. I have no idea when or where the robbery took place. I just assumed that person needed it more than I did, which helped.

A clean boutique hotel with clean room and rooftop terrace. It has a 24 hour front desk and everyone at the front desk was very friendly and attentive and helped us with tours and transportation. Good breakfast.

Pleasant setting in a good neighborhood. Roof top bar was excellent with good food choices. Air conditioning did not keep the room cool enough and breakfast could be better.

The property overall was in good condition and the rooms were very generous in size. Only complaint was the floors in the rooms were very dirty (unwashed) and the area is pretty sketchy/unsafe at night for walking.

Very poor internet WiFi reception in room. Charges for in-room coffee were surprising….also water. Most hotels provide coffee and water as a courtesy. Otherwise an excellent stay, including the light breakfasts.

Near all historical area, easy walking to Santa Lucia Hill. Street Merced was very dirty compared to next one. Had room on the 7th flor - on the 8th was restaurant- very noisy. Breakfast was average. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very close to supermarket where prices was incredibly low.

Conveniently located near many of the city's attractions, the hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff attentive. The rooftop bar and restaurant was very nice! Breakfast was excellent and had a varied selection. We would definitely stay there again.

Helpful friendly front desk check in. Gave great directions to restaurants and sites. I did not however get a city view. My balcony looked at some sort of ventilation system.

Great hotel but bad service. The will hopefully learn that service is as important as the rest. Arranged before checking in (in writing) to exchange USD50 to Peso (as it was Saturday evening). On arrival told they don’t do currency exchange (even after showing person the emails). Also did not get the free bottle of wine we were entitled too.

Ok Hotel but would not book again
We stayed two nights at this hotel and the location is great, close to parks,walking streets, restaurants and coffee shops. Pros Location, Wifi , hot water with good pressure and breakfast was sufficient Cons Bed was a little too soft, air con was only set to a temperature that we could not change to lower. The room was way too hot and stuffy. We advised the front desk a few times and asked for a fan but nothing was done.

Pleasant stay.
Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast and reasonable wifi. Restaurants of Lastarria are close by. My only minor issue was being charged for the coffee in the room which is totally unheard of in my experience. The terrace bar seemed very popular with non residents though I never tried it myself.

The hotel is well-located close to sights of interest in Santiago. The staff were very helpful and able to answer my questions after just arriving in Chile. Everything was clean and comfortable as expected. Only negative is that the internet service is poor.

Not the best neighborhood
it was just OK, we were in a room by the elevator and it was noisy. The AC was "locked" so you the room only cooled off a little...we were not hot but we were warm especially since the comforter on the bed was heavy...so you weere hot with it on but a little cool with it off. Twice on the street in front of the hotel we were warned by strangers to be careful of pickpockets. then our driver to the airport told us the neighborhood had really gone down and was not safe anymore.

Cozy hotel in the center of Santiago
The hotel is very nice, the employees are very friendly and helpful. The room, beds and pillows were very comfortable and everything was very clean, with the exception of the towels which, although they were clean, are old and worn. The terrace restaurant is excellent. Constructive criticism: Breakfast should be better. The breakfast selection is not good at all. The good coffee is not included, you have to pay for it. In summary: it is a very good hotel, but we did not like the location in the center. We don't feel safe to go out after a certain time.

Nice Hotel
Overall this was a wonderful experience. I had a problem with ice only available when restaurant or bar were open (this means no ice at all on Sundays. The chair and table in our room were very old and rickety. More English speaking tv options would have been appreciated.
