A jewel in the town center
The service and location is very good. The small apartment is fully equiped with all the necessary artifacts to make your stay comfortable. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Great location overlooking Santa Lucia Hill. However, the street noise seemed to carry over even in high floors. Santiago is a bustling city. The staff are highly commendable - warm, friendly and helpful. Gave us a few good tips. Great service & communication in English.

We had a problem with the air conditioning in the first room, which the knew about. However, when we complained they moved us to a different room the next day and the issue wax resolved. The staff were very helpful with any inquiries and had good recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.

Had two wonderful stays here but were very upset and frustrated to be - we felt- ripped off by checking in early 😢 We messaged the hotel a few days before arrival to ask about the arrangements for arriving in the morning- no response. When we arrived the hotel staff had no idea what if any a charge would be to check in early (it was 6am). The room was ready so we took it. Most reputable hotels would either allow an early check in if the room was available, or would be clear on any charge. We were so annoyed when we checked out to be charged nearly double the nightly rate we had paid, for checking in a few hours early. Not happy at all, do not recommend, which is a shame as otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Be clear on your charges and ensure people on reception know what charges are! 😡☹️

The Loft is great for long stay, loads of space and kitchen area very good. Nice to have laundry room for travellers like us - would be great if it had a changing coin machine. Area around felt a bot unsafe due to homeless people. Although it is very central and easy to walk everywhere.

Estafa al momento del pago por pago en dolares.
Este establecimiento se aprovecha que hotels.com cobra en dolar para convertir el dolar al precio que les interesa. Al momento de reservar nos aparecía una reducción del 25% sin embargo al momento de llegar no se respeta esta reducción y me cobran el monto original y con un aumento de la conversión del dolar porque segun ellos pagan un impuesto adicional por el cambio. Nosotros pagamos con nuestra tarjeta en pesos chilenos por lo que no hubo ningun cambio de su parte de dolar a peso chileno, sin embargo nos cobraron como si pagasemos en dolar. Una completa estafa y cuando contactamos a Hotels.com no hicieron nada por resolver la situacion. El reclamo en SERNAC ya se dejó para que estafas como estas no ocurran más tanto a Chilenos como extranjeros.

Muito Bem localizado, próximo a duas linhas de metrô e em local onde nós sentimos seguros em circular. Próximo também de varios pontos turísticos. Porém o apart carece de alguma manutenção, haviam lâmpadas queimadas, a ducha não ficava firme. As facas disponíveis estavam sem corte. A iluminação de uma forma geral é de baixa intensidade, o que deixa o local um tanto escuro.

Wonderful location, very walkable. Apartment is great, and staff are very friendly. Locals warned about security in the area but it always felt safe. The only issue I had was with the gym, which is very limited. There are few machines and not in very good shape. It’s a hassle to get in. The laundry can also be a hassle. But otherwise the apartment is great!

Good, functional certainly located apartments
stayed in the larger apartments which have the bedroom upstairs. Has everything you need. Great location as so close to the center. Clean and the staff were great. Very kind and helpful.

The friendly staff make this a fabulous hotel.
The ParkPlaza Apart Hotel, Santiago is one of the friendliest hotels we have stayed in on our travels around the world! Location is right in the city, within walking distance to many site’s, restaurants and the metro. The accommodation is exactly as stated in the information. Our room was large, and well maintained with enough cooking facilities and equipment to make meals if required. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. All were very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. They helped arrange local tours, gave information about city sites and booked taxis for us when required. They could not have been more helpful.

Great place
Park Plaza Apart Hotel, is a very clean friendly place. Front desk staff were very helpful with all our questions. Our room was a good size. Different setup for breakfast but it worked. To go breakfast( milk, juice, a sandwich yogurt, instant coffee, tea bag and sugar )was delivered to our room the night before.
