In the commune of Santo-Pietro-di-Tenda, we offer this renovated 75 m² former Corsican sheepfold for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travellers. Nestling in the heart of the village and surrounded by nature, it offers the ideal setting for a peaceful interlude between authenticity and a gentle way of life. It comprises a lovely, bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a 600 m² south-facing enclosed garden with a 30 m² terrace, where you can enjoy meals on the terrace, naps in the garden and long summer evenings under the Corsican sky.

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A bright living room with sofa bed (double), dining area and television
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and Airfryer, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
- Separate WC

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with WC

2nd floor
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- An alcove under which you will find a single bed
- A bathroom with bath and WC

Outside :
- A large enclosed garden of 600 m², south-facing, ideal for relaxation
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture, ideal for outdoor meals and social gatherings
- Electric griddle, deckchairs, hammocks and rest areas to make the most of the Corsican climate

For even greater comfort, the owners have equipped the accommodation with: washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, high chair, ironing board and iron, fans, electric griddle.

The house is ideally located in Santo-Pietro-di-Tenda, in a quiet, authentic environment, perfect for recharging your batteries. You'll be close to the village and all its amenities (restaurants, bar, grocery shop), while remaining a short distance from the region's most beautiful sites.
