We are renting a functional and comfortable apartment that is fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities, located in the welcoming and warm climate of the Riviera di Ponente. The vacation home features a large gourmet terrace where you can enjoy your meals from breakfast through dinner, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and a complete set of dishes.
How far is it to the sea and the beaches? Just 50 meters away, you’ll find access to the new Ponente Ligure bike and walking path, which allows you to reach various coastal towns—from Imperia to Ospedaletti—without a car. A 5-minute walk away, you’ll find the shops, bars, and restaurants of Santo Stefano al Mare and Riva Ligure.
Santo Stefano al Mare is a typical village on the Ligurian coast with a historic center where all the main activities take place, and a beach promenade that connects it to the nearby village of Riva Ligure.

In Santo Stefano al Mare and the surrounding area, you can enjoy NUMEROUS SPORTS, including swimming, sailing, running, hiking, tennis, bocce, horseback riding, and golf.
The climate is mild with sunny days, ideal for spending time outdoors.
About 7 km away lies the city of Sanremo with its entertainment and shopping options; Monte Carlo and the Principality of Monaco are a half-hour drive away.
