The host was amazingly helpful! I appreciated that most of all. The home was spacious with beds for everyone, which is all I look for in a VRBO. Teen brothers do not like to share beds. If there isn't hot water, be sure to ask the host to switch on the electric option. All in all, the place was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay in Santorini. The house is huge, we stay 2 families with kids and very comfortable. It’s located outside the main villages, so you can have rest after a long day. Mary, the hostess, always respond quickly in case any problem (we arrived late on the night and she stay all time connected until we were inside the house). I will definitely recommend the house

Beautiful sunrises

The place was as advertised. Beautiful views. The place is pretty remote but we didn't mind. Walked to wine tasting, and Headlining tavern for many meals. Beach was walking distance. But, Kamari Beach was a short drive to their beachfront lounge chairs and food.

Amazing property away from all of the night life. A short bus ride to the l Kamari beach area ( or 20 minute walk). Cab or bus ride to Oia or Fira. While being away from the crowds was lovely for us, it may not be for all. The property and host are fabulous!

Lovely villa

This was a really lovely villa, it is even bigger than it looks in the photos. I would definitely recommend staying here. I would recommend having a hire car if you are staying here. We really thought the place was great however if I was going to be picky there were a couple of things that could be improved. One of the bed rooms has no curtains or shutters so you are awake in the morning as soon as the sun is up. The kitchen could do with some more utensils. There were also no cleaning products or utensils so it was difficult to clean up. However these are all minor issues.

Enjoyable more remote location

This was a lovely property. Maria was fabulous to deal with. The location was about 2km from the hustle and bustle of Santorini. It really is only 5 min from the airport. We love walking and the quietness of being in the suburbs. There is a lovely restaurant down the road on the water. We had a fabulous family stay. Highly recommend this property.

Great for a trip with friends!

The location was great for our group. Kamari beach, a vineyard and a lovely restaurant were all within walking distance. The owner was fantastic and super responsive. She helped coordinate airport transfers, a dinner catamaran cruise and provided information about Santorini and must see villages. Great place to stay!!

The Bliss Estate Delivers

The Greek equivalent translation of "pretty darn good" would be "αρκετά καλό" (arketá kaló). We were quite satisfied with the location and the villa itself, both in terms of value and the ample space it provided for eight adults. The breathtaking ocean view and the presence of balconies in three of five bedrooms earned this place a well-deserved five-star rating. Although we encountered a few minor issues upon arrival, the host promptly and graciously resolved them. Some of the remaining concerns will be addressed during the off-season. Additionally, we were pleased to find free parking for two cars right in front of the house, allowing us easy access to all parts of the island. A must-visit spot, the Galini Tavern, a nearby bar and restaurant, was just a short five-minute walk away, offering outstanding food and service. However, it is important to note for longer term rentals that there is no washer/dryer available, despite the listing mentioning free pick up and delivery of laundry. In reality, there is a €24 charge for laundry services, which future renters should be aware of. All in all, a memorable trip, with smooth communications with Natasa throughout.

Our stay was wonderful. The house and the owner were fantastic. If there is one complaint it is that the location was a distance away from everything and the cost of transportation was high. Other than that the whole family enjoyed our time there.

Not worth the money

The overall property is great; spacious, bright and clean. However there are number of other issues.. 1. For starters, this property is so close to the airport that you will be bothered by constant noise of airplanes either landing or taking off. So, essentially you cannot keep your windows open… 2. The area has a huge problem with cats. The owner asked us to keep the balcony doors closed all the time, so that the cats do not come inside. The reason we picked the property was to enjoy the stay, but such restrictions only causes unnecessary headaches. 3. We asked for an extra pair of blankets since the kids room was short of two blankets. The amount of back and forth with the house keeper to just get a couple of extra blankets was frustrating. 4. We asked for extra pair of towels and the response was that we will be charged extra for towels. When you are paying for a vacation rental, charging the guests for petty things doesn’t make any sense. 5. The house is meant for large groups, but the kitchen doesn’t have enough utensils. The owner can do better here. Overall, even though the place is nice, it’s not worth the money.

Paradise Wedding

We came here with friends because we wanted to do our wedding ceremony on a Greek beach. The villa is absolutely gorgeous with amazing sunrise over the water and sunset behind the hill views. Three of the bedrooms have their own bathroom, the other two share one. Lots of balconies to enjoy the view. A really nice, somewhat private, beach is just down the street (~2-3 minute walk). The Kamari Beach boardwalk is within a 30 minute walk, and an absolutely amazing restaurant just down the beach from the house. At night, you probably don't want to walk home, the street is dark. At first taxis we're struggling finding the villa, but they learned.

Una opción tranquila en Santorini

Es muy cómoda y bien provista con una vista excepcional del mar Esta en la costa opuesta a Fira, lo cual la aleja del ruido turistico pero a solo 20 minutos en coche. Es imprescindible tener movilidad para estar aqui.

Beautiful home, great location

This home is absolutely beautiful! It is away from all of the tourist areas but close enough to get to easily, especially with a rental car - it is right next to the airport (noise was not an issue). We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the planes land and take off (especially in the evenings) Maria was EXTREMELY helpful and quick to respond in getting us transportation (when not using the rental) and in taking care of a couple of temperamental water issues and any other questions we had. We were a very short walk to the beach and to Galini Tavern which has amazing food. This was such an amazing place to stay - thank you Maria!! Efharrystoe! Yamas!

This was certainly not a "Bliss"ful experience

Beware of the location of this property, as it is within blocks of the Santorini airport runway. We experienced a number of issues during out stay (power and internet wifi outages) along with a faulty air conditioner unit. While issues do arise and should be taken in stride, the owners responses and attitude was unwarranted - rude, dismissive, irritated. This is one property and owner I certainly would not recommend connecting with...

Nice and spacious location

We enjoyed our stay at your place while we were in Santorini. Easily accompanied our party of 7 guests. The owner was very nice and arranged for our transportation from the airport to accompany our late arrival. We did enjoy the Gulliini's restaurant recommendation which is a short walk from the location. David, our waiter was so very kind and nice. The first night we went for dinner, during our conversations, he mentioned he was growing some cucumbers. He actually ran home and brought us 2 in from his garden to taste! The next night we went over for drinks and he brought us out a plate of cheeses and bread on the house! If you go to the restaurant please say hello to David for me. The location is a little remote, and with the exception of Gullini's, not within walking distance of many other stores or shops. I would recommend renting a vehicle during your stay to explore the other areas of the island. The property was very clean and well maintained, looks like advertised on the website.

Familly home on the East sea coast

We loved the house size and commodities. We were a familly of six and the house could accomodate much more. We found few ants but this didn't bother too much. Noise of the airport was annoying when planes engage full thrust before lift-off but generally stops after 11:00 (one excepton around 00:30AM). Centrally located if intend to visit beautifull Oia, surprizing Akrotiri, the caldera or vineyards. We had some problems reaching the owner on arrival but got particularly upset when water cut-off on our last night before leave, thus the reason for our 3 stars rating. Appeared to be an exceptional failure of the house water plumbing. The house unfortunately lacks external accomodations to relax or eat on the balcony.

Unkempt home

My family and I stayed a week in this home and while it was large enough to accommodate all of us, it was filthy! Ants infest the kitchen area and the kitchen hadn't been deep cleaned in a very long time. The bathrooms have no shower doors or curtains and the drains don't work. There is no hot water until the evening after the sun has warmed it up so if you need a shower in the morning, prepare for a breath gasping experience. When we arrived the house cleaners were there, but I'm convinced that they just take the laundry and do the floors. This place could be a wonderful place to stay if the owner would spend some time getting it back in shape. The location is great as it isn't in a crowded busy area but close enough to Kamari beach to enjoy that area. I would not return to stay in the house. It needs some deep cleaning, drains repaired and pest control! I did not meet the owner and though she said she is easy to reach, I contacted her a couple of times throughout my stay and did not get a response until late at night or the next day!
