The property is divided between the owners’ residence with two adjacent guest houses and a separate private villa with its own guest units, allowing accommodation to be rented independently or together, making it particularly suitable for weddings, celebrations or multi-generational gatherings. This residence enjoys a semi-private setting, positioned directly in front of the main house occupied by the owners, while maintaining its own entrance and parking area.



Occupying a single level and decorated in a traditional Cycladic palette of white and blue, the villa is filled with natural light and designed to enhance its island character. Separate exterior doors provide independent access, making it ideal for friends or families wishing to share space while preserving privacy. The accommodation features two bedrooms, one private room with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room, and a second bedroom arranged in an open-plan layout with the living area, also with its own en-suite shower. A comfortable living space with built-in island sofa beds complements the interiors, while the separate fully equipped kitchen includes a small dining area with direct access to an expansive veranda.



Outdoors, guests can enjoy a large furnished terrace with dining facilities, barbecue and relaxing lounge areas, all positioned to take in views of gardens, fields and a partial sea vista. A private plunge pool, sun loungers and shaded areas provide refreshing relaxation throughout the day, while the outdoor setting encourages long evenings spent dining al fresco.



Modern comforts include air conditioning, heating, satellite and cable television, DVD and hi-fi system, complimentary Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. Daily housekeeping is provided, with linen and towel changes three times per week. Bed linen and towels are included. Breakfast can be arranged à la carte, airport or port transfers are available, and car hire with third-party insurance can be organised on request. A laundry service is available at an additional charge.
