On the lower floor of the duplex, you'll find a cozy living room with high-speed Wi-Fi (600 Mbps) and a TV with free-to-air channels, Vivo Play, and Chromecast. The integrated kitchen is equipped with a wide variety of basic appliances and utensils, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and sandwich maker. (Note: we do not have a water filter in the apartment.)
The balcony of the duplex is a major highlight, featuring an electric grill, sink, and counter, ideal for enjoying time with friends or family. The entire length of the balcony has a safety net, ensuring safety for children.
Upstairs, there are two suites. The master suite offers a king-size bed, a spacious bathroom, and a work area. The single bedroom has a bunk bed that accommodates two people, as well as a crib for children up to 2 years old. For greater flexibility, we provide an extra mattress and a sleeping mat, both for use on the floor, allowing us to accommodate up to 6 guests: 4 in beds, 2 on mattresses, and 1 baby in the crib.
We provide sheets, towels, 6 pillows, 1 comforter, and a plush blanket. The covered garage accommodates up to 2 vehicles.
We accept one small pet per rental, provided it relieves itself in an appropriate area. There is an additional fee for the pet, which must be included in the total number of guests. The guest is responsible for any damage, especially to the cleaning of upholstery and carpets, with a cost of up to R$ 300.00 for repairs, ensuring the quality of the environment for everyone.
Finally, our TV has Chromecast, allowing you to connect your own streaming apps, such as Netflix and YouTube, using your personal login and password. After booking, we will send you a tutorial to make it easier to use.
