Faro airport and beaches are 20 min drive.

There are 4 double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, sleeping 8 people with the possibility of 2 extra using the sofa bed that is in one of the double rooms (this would be suitable as a family room). The open plan living/dining area has two large comfortable sofas and large wooden dining table, seating 8 people, log fire and large patio doors opening onto the terrace which overlooks the garden and pool area with extensive views towards the coast.

The fully fitted kitchen is modern with all the conveniences you would expect. There is also a Cinema room and Games room with table tennis. This villa also offers underfloor heating and Air-conditioning.

Outside there are several terraces including two covered dining areas, comfortable seating area where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery, sounds and scents of the tropical garden which includes a herb garden, vineyard, lemon, orange and olive trees. The tiled pool area has sunbeds to relax on and an infinity pool with farfetched views across the hills to the Atlantic Ocean in the distance. The garden also has a Pétanque area where you can enjoy a game of boules.
