This floor also features 1 bedroom with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a cooking island, with a direct exit to the garden. A shower and WC are also located on this level.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 1 additional bedroom with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This level includes its own kitchen equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a kettle, and a freezer, along with a dining table and a direct exit to the garden.
