INTERIOR SPACE The house is divided into two large, integrated and functional environments: • Space 1 – A unique, modern and cozy 50 m² environment that brings together a TV room, dining room, bedroom and powder room, ideal for moments of rest and conviviality in total comfort. The space is 100% integrated, perfect for reliving those delightful childhood moments when family and friends slept together in the same room, amidst laughter, stories that lasted until dawn, and unforgettable memories. The feeling is that of a large campsite—like those church camps, gatherings with friends, or family vacations—where the most fun was simply being all together and mingling. • Space 2 – A large 60 m² space that combines a fully equipped gourmet area with a complete kitchen, bar, lounge for board games, and a full bathroom—perfect for celebrating and enjoying every moment. The integration with nature happens almost silently and enchantingly through the large sliding doors in smoked glass, which dissolve the boundaries between the interior and exterior. Light gently filters through the spaces, while the green of the Serra mountain range permeates every corner, making the landscape ever-present—whether in the mist-shrouded sunrise, the sound of the wind rustling through the trees, or the golden sunset under a clear sky. The large natural stones already present on the site were fully integrated into the architectural design, creating a unique and characterful setting where the raw power of nature meets the lightness of contemporary architecture. The pool invites you to sunny days and leisurely dips, while the spa/jacuzzi for up to 8 people becomes the perfect setting to relax under the mountain sky, amidst conversations, laughter, and starry nights. The refreshing shower, barbecue area, and deck with beach chairs, umbrellas, and sun loungers create the ideal environment to live the day at your own pace — whether enjoying an al fresco lunch, reading a book amidst the silence of nature, or simply contemplating the landscape. To make everything even more special, the space features enchanting rapids, waterfalls, and natural pools integrated into the scenery, bringing the feeling of being in a small paradise hidden in the Serra da Cantareira. The house offers high-speed Wi-Fi internet with excellent coverage in all areas, ensuring a stable connection for work, leisure, or entertainment. AMENITIES: The TVs are equipped for streaming, allowing you to easily access your favorite platforms, such as YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video, Globoplay, and others, using your own account. There is no availability of open channels, prioritizing a personalized and on-demand experience. The property also has a garage for up to 3 large vehicles or 4 medium/small vehicles and easy access via the Fernão Dias Highway, in addition to being only 30 minutes from the Tucuruvi metro station, with easy access from the North Zone of São Paulo (Santana/Imirim region). A space designed for those seeking tranquility and unforgettable moments.Guest Access: All areas of the property will be fully available for use during your stay. We only ask that they be used responsibly, sensibly, and carefully, preserving the structure, items, and harmony of the space. This is a special place, thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail and lovingly cared for by those who truly love being here. Other observations: IMPORTANT NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE BATH TOWELS AND SHEETS. We only have pillows, blankets and throws available. You will be surrounded by nature; there are wild animals, and it is very common to have visits from birds, jacus, butterflies, marmosets... never mistreat or Feed them. The property is located in a valley surrounded by nature, rapids, natural pools and waterfalls, in one of the most humid regions of the Serra da Cantareira. Therefore, at times, a slight characteristic smell of humidity may be noticeable, something quite common in places fully integrated with the forest. We try to minimize this as much as possible by ventilating the house whenever possible, in addition to using room diffusers and air fresheners. Even so, this may occasionally be noticed. If someone is more sensitive to this type of smell (like me, haha), a simple antihistamine usually solves the situation perfectly. We ask that you do not make excessive noise and use loud music after 10 pm, remembering that we have neighbors who are residents.
