“Great location and excellent facilities! We had booked a room through hotels.com but something had appearantly gone wrong 'cos when we got there we were told that there wasn't a reservation!! The staff handled it well though and we were put in a small room the first night and a better one the following day. The only downside was, beside the reservation issue, the dinners which were a bit dull. It was ok but nothing to write home about, could be improved. Good breakfast though! All in all, highly...

“We went a little off-season and not many were there. The place is located in the countryside with lovely surroundings. The inital plan was to go into the little town of Cercal for dinner in elthe evening, but we changed our plans and stayed for dinner at Matinha instead. That was a good decision... the food was very nice and typical rustic traditional Portuguese food. Loved it. Everyone was super helpful and serviceminded. It was a great stay.”

“Trevligt litet hotell med närhet till cafeer och restauranger. Rent och fint med sköna sängar. En liten balkong med enkelt möblemang. Rummet var ganska litet och trångt. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal som tipsade om restauranger och sevärdheter. Vi tog inte frukost på boendet utan gick till närmaste cafe. ”

“Beautiful oasis in the heart of the Alentejo countryside with a gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the hills. Nice room, very cozy. Unpaved road leading to the resort which is manageable for the experienced driver. Much of the estate is still under construction. Fun hiking trail that was difficult to access. Property offers free use of their bikes, however all the tires need to be filled. Had an excellent meal a short drive away in Orique. Recommend this to adventure and nature lovers who want...
