“- No sand beach - only rocks - but yes, a pool. - Renovation is needed. - Very expensive. - ‘Junior suite’ is a joke - an extra small room with a sofa - no window. - Nobody speak (or understand) simple English. - We booked ‘with view over the sea’. Ha - behind all the palm trees!! - Sunny and warm climate - that’s why we came for (good for the extremely poor Sao Tome people).”

“When I checked in I was basically thrown a key and shown to my room. Don't know if they remembered me from the previous stay a few days earlier but either way they should have made an effort to describe amenities and so on. This visit I ate dinner at the restaurant and while the food was good I had to wait over an hour from ordering until the meal was served. The outdoor seating is facing the road outside the hotel and made it a less enjoyable experience. On my final day I had a night flight...

“Great value for money! The bungalows were spacious and clean with amazing views to the beach. Perfect location for the trip to the Equator and the boat ride there was easily organized. All in all the staff was super helpful with everything, even with our ever changing schedules for car rides. The fish we had for lunch was probably the best we’ve ever had. Thank you for the wonderful experience! ”

“Leider insgesamt sehr enttäuschend: Es gab keine Rezeption und keine Informationen für Gäste, Wasser, WLAN und Strom fielen teilweise tagelang aus und man musste alles im Restaurant erfragen, der Strand war ungepflegt, das übrige Personal wirkte nicht bemüht und ging Gesprächen aus dem Weg – einzig die Damen der Reinigung waren sehr freundlich und haben ihre Arbeit gut gemacht, die Anlage selbst wirkte ansonsten sich selbst überlassen.”

“Nice beach, quiet place, simple food 12 euro for dinner (fish fish fish), beer is 2 euro, simple breakfast (egg, sandwich, coffe), they dont offer lunch, you have to walk to nearest village 30 min to get lunch. No English is spoken. Nice stay overall, but could improve.”
