On Saturday mornings, there is a market with local specialties. The property is an ideal base for walkers and cyclists wishing to explore the bocage landscape; maps and walking guides are provided. Nearby, you will find apple orchards, castles, gardens, and local cheesemakers. The coast, including Honfleur, Deauville, and Houlgate, is about an hour’s drive away. Paris is also easily accessible for a day trip by train from Bernay.
