âWe stayed at this hotel for a wedding (wedding was incredible) and this hotel left us disappointed.
Itâs by far the worst Hyatt Iâve stayed at. First room smelt heavily of smoke so we were promptly switched to a new room but that bathroom was covered in hair. We mentioned this at the front desk and were met with attitude. Wasnât appreciated.
On our third day we needed more towels and after requesting at the front desk, we finally got new towels more than 2 hours later.
The rooms are outdated...
âThe prices are great for the room. I got a king bed. The bed is comfortable and the shower doesn't have that extremely hard pressure. The staff is friendly. I got access to the pool and free breakfast which I liked, their hours for breakfast are 6:30-9:30am. This gives me time to get up and go get breakfast instead of rush. I will be returning as soon as possible and highly recommend. The only thing is the floor, definitely have to wear house shoes as the floor has a sticky feel to it. Besides...
âThe front desk staff, both in the evening and morning, were incredibly helpful and welcoming! The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotelâs location couldnât have been more convenient. We also really enjoyed the pool area â it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, a great stay!â

âLoved the option of a suite at a similar price point, allowed our family to spread out a bit, also the suite had a nice additional seating area so even with the pull out couch extended we could still enjoy the room. Staff was very friendly, check in was easy and quick, the breakfast was not only delicious but also the lobby/seating was very nice. â
âLow floor access for a Jr. Suite easy access to the elevator. Spacious Shower was accommodating and clean with desirable amenities. Robes need to be online to purchase. Bed thread count was desirable and felt like my guest bedroom compatibility. â
