Modernt hotell, perfekt läge
Modernt hotell mycket nära Gamla stan Baščaršija. Fint och rent, välfungerande luftkonditionering. Parkering direkt utanför hotellet dock bara 2 parkeringsplatser, bör reserveras i förväg. Mycket trevlig personal. Rekommenderas!

Toppenläge!
Trevligt hotell precis vid gamla stan i Sarajevo. Nytt och fräscht. Bra frukostbuffé. Personalen i receptionen var väldigt serviceinriktade och hjälpte oss bland annat med restaurangtips. De fixade också ett frukostpaket på avresedagen då vi skulle iväg tidigt för att ta tåget till Mostar. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell och kommer definitivt bo här igen om vi återvänder till Sarajevo.

Hotellet var bra, med fantastisk beliggenhet, kun 30 m fra hovedgata i Gamle byen, Bascarsija. Personellet var hyggelige, frokost bra meg fin utvalg av forskjellige retter, til og med røkt laks, som er ikke vanlig mat til frokost i Bosnia. Vi vil komme tilbake igjen ( dette var andre gang vi valgte det hotellet). Anbefales!!

The staff was great. One person gave me the scarf around her neck for 2 days so I could enter mosques! The room was very well appointed, even having robes and slippers, as well as shampoo, lotion, vanity kit, etc. The location right next to the old town was awesome.

Great location!
Almost everything about this hotel was great - service & staff, cleanliness, location, view from our room and the bed. There were only 2 annoying things in our room - the tv would turn on on its own so it came on one time during the night. The other thing was that the air con was very noisy and we couldn’t turn it off.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean with nice beds and showers, wifi was fast. Location of the hotel was great and a short walking distance to the heart of the city. There was a complimentary breakfast from 8-10 every morning with a wide range of options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sarajevo.

Je ne peux pas juger de l'hôtel dans son ensemble qui est presque neuf, mais il est inconcevable qu'un établissement 4 étoiles puisse proposer une chambre aussi minuscule et triste, avec une fenêtre donnant sur un sombre soupirail. La salle de bain, très correcte est presque aussi grande que le coin nuit. Contrairement à ce qui est présenté, il n'y a ni minibar, ni coffre fort. Bien sur pas non plus de chaise, de coin bureau, de lampe sur la table de nuit, d'un brin de déco, de plateau de courtoisie ou d'eau offerte. Comme une sorte de cellule monastique. Si vous souhaitez vous retirer du monde, ou même le quitter, c'est l'endroit idéal...

Would absolutely stay again
It’s a lovely location next to the old town, the staff was friendly and knowledgable, and breakfast was always good. The hotel was very quiet overall, which was great for sleeping.

This is a small super convenient hotel located right in the middle of Old Town. You couldnt get a better location. Breakfast was included and it was plentiful for a small hotel. Management was very accommodating with helping us park our car in their lot. Nice people. No restaurant on premises but only hundreds of restaurants outside our door. We had an excellent meal around the corner at the American Beef and Steak house. It was very atmospheric with old timbers etc. after two weeks in Italy some tender beef kabobs were great
