Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Guests have exclusive access to the entire half-duplex, including the private patio. The only area unavailable is the locked travel chest in the living room. Everything else is yours to enjoy, so make yourself at home!



➤ Free driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles during your stay.

As with any residential HVAC system in Florida, performance may vary slightly during periods of extreme outdoor temperatures. If you experience any issues during your stay, please contact us right away, and we'll work to resolve them as quickly as possible.



➤ We are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after checkout. If you need a convenient place to store your bags before your stay or after departure, third-party luggage storage services such as Bounce or Bagbnb may be available nearby.
