As we loved visiting the Amish area in Ohio we found out there is an Amish community located in Sarasota. We were looking for a place to sleep and relax. There was a studio rental several blocks from Yoder’s restaurant and less than one half mile from Der Dutchman. Yoder’s is known for there pies and Der Dutchman for their buffet and bakery. For seafood you must try Walt’s Fish Market and restaurant. Would also recommend the new aquarium.The studio was well stocked with a queen bed, walk-in shower, refrigerator and a in-counter cooktop “we didn’t want ti cook
. We were on vacation”. The bed was very comfortable and there was a small table with two chairs. The AC was a mini-split and worked well.There are actually four apartments with three one bedroom offerings to a three bedroom apartment with a private spa.I found our hosts very responsive and professional with warmth. We were hosts at a mountain cabin in Georgia and found our hosts refreshing.

Above and Beyond Expectations

This is a very tidy, contemporary studio with a fresh-feeling mattress. The neighborhood is wonderful. We didn't want to leave, but at least we know where to stay when we want to return to Sarasota. Overall, and excellent experience.

I live in Sarasota and not looking for a vacation spot. I sold my house, had to vacate. I could not move in my new home for 17 days. This adorable studio was perfect. The owners used every square inch to perfection. The bed was really comfortable and I wanted to steal the pillows! They supplied and thought of everything! Very clean. Great little neighborhood. Five stars!!

Refreshing getaway!

This was the cutest studio and it was spotless and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable and we had even a pour over coffee pot to make our coffee with which was cool. The pictures are perfectly accurate and the communication with the host was super easy and he replies right away. The neighborhood is so nice, mixed in with the Amish community and it’s a nice quiet pretty area. You could even walk to Yoders restaurant or pizza shop or coffee. That’s what we did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again for our next mini getaway!!
