Great property close to beach!

We had a great time at this property! It is shared but we had no problems sharing the common areas with the other guests. This is in the North end of the beach and the beach is super close and very quiet and open!

This property was exactly what we expected, great location, plenty of room for all 6 of us. Fantastic outdoor spaces between the pool, lagoon, deck, patio and beach within walking distance. The only negative was we couldn't check in until exactly 4pm and we arrived at 3pm. Would defintely recommend and stay here again.

Family Beach vaca

The rental is on the smaller size, but easily fit our family of 5 (kids ages 21, 19 & 16). Nice patio, quiet neighborhood. Excellent location! Literally 1 block from a beautiful, uncrowded beach. It was still close to restaurants & shops.

wonderful stay at this vacation home

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home in a fantastic location! It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect. The only small issue was the low water pressure in the bathroom sinks – but the showers worked just fine. Nothing worth complaining about, just a note to check it.Overall, a great place to stay. We’d definitely come back!

Anna Maria

This was a nice spot to stay. It was conveniently located and easy to get in and out. The rooms were small but we didn’t spend much time in them. There was a musty smell and an ant issue in the kitchen but otherwise we loved our stay.

Great stay, as described

The living area spaces are tiny (not much room to put your luggage down in the bedrooms), but the area is newly renovated and the amenities & locations were amazing. Short walk to lots of restaurants and shopping, very close to the beach and we loved being on the lake behind the property. We do wish that there was a bit more flexibility with the check in/check out times, but overall it was a great stay.

Perfect Location

We had an amazing staying in the Manatee suite. It was located at the end of the property and had the best view of the lagoon. Unit was spacious with a large indoor and outdoor table for guests to hang out. The best part was all the amenities…kayaks, mini golf, life size chess board and pool with shallow area great for kids. Walking distance to all the restaurants and beach!! Will definitely be back.

Perfect Fall Break

This property was perfect for our fall vacation to AMI! The location has access to the section of beach that is quiet. All the amenities were exactly as described and perfect for our kids (14 & 7). We took the kayaks out on the canal and the property had beach items that came in handy! Would recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in AMI. We are already planning a repeat vacation for next fall!
