Villa Las Flores, en underbar 3 sovrum 2 badrum villa bel�������gen mitt i staden med enkel åtkomst till Siesta Key - ca mindre ��n 10 minuter bort med bil. Alla inom gångavstånd hittar du ett fantastiskt utbud av restauranger och butiker i omedelbar närhet. Trader Joe's, ett utmärkt snabbköp ligger inom 1 kvarter och lätt att gå. Villa Las Flores är ett av två speciella fritidshus som kan reserveras separat eller kombinerat. Det andra tillgängliga hemmet heter Luna Nueva och i kombination kallar vi dem Luna Flores.

Inte bara ett bra läge, men 3 sovrum fullt möblerade, alla med väggmonterade HDTV, takfläktar. Det finns två badrum med skiffergolv, med expansiv dusch i en och en badkar / duschkonfiguration i den andra och vackra skåp. Matsalen rymmer 6 plus 4 i baren r���������knaren. Köket har utrustning i rostfritt stål f��r att inkludera kylsk��p, mikrovågsugn, spis / ugn och diskmaskin. Varje detalj drivs av din gourmetkocks behov av att innehålla graniträknare och en kåpa med spegelk��pa. Det finns ett fullt utrustat tvättstuga utanför k����ket.

Utanför omger en yttre integritet staket din privata och uppvärmda pool och har helt reviderats och ersatt, tillsammans med en extra vidsträckt gårdsplan paver omr���de med frodiga landskapsplanering och nattbelysning.

Awesome little house

We had a very good time at this property as a family with a bunch of little kids. The house has all the basics + more. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed the pool very much and the location was good for all kinds of trips to beaches and downtown. The management was very responsive and just a text away. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Great property, great location

Had a great time. Property had everything we needed to enjoy many of the gulf beaches and other attractions in Sarasota. We didn't have to worry about towels, cooking utensils, beach chairs and much more. Every room had a smart TV with a number of streaming services preconfigured. It was great to be able to relax in the private at the end of the day as well. The property manager was super-responsive and we definitely felt like we were taken care of. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend if you're looking to stay in the area.

Perfect!

This property was possibly the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in! The service was like arriving at an all inclusive resort. Communication was great. No issues at all. 11 minute drive to Siesta Key Beach. Would stay again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Convenient location & great pool

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The pool was warm by noon (earlier in the day would have been nice), plenty of towels, a couple floating toys, lots of outdoor seating to pick from. Sand toys, beach mats, beach chairs, and beach cart were all available. Beautiful pool area, nicely decorated inside. Laundry soap & dryer sheets available in the laundry room, S&P plus a couple other spices in the pantry, cleaning spray, dishwasher soap and hand soap available. Body wash/soap was not available so don't forget to pack it. Living room TV had Netflix and Pandora all set up for use which we used a lot. Bedroom TVs too tricky to use but this wasn't a big issue for us. We had all the cooking instruments we needed - large pot, fry pan, strainer, etc. Would definitely come back again.

Quiet and comfortable home away from home

We arrived to a clean home ready to get our visit and vacation started. We had plenty of space and the comforts of home. We enjoyed the connivence of the location and loved the smart screen that the family was able to see weather and options of the things around us. Week Getaway

This property is lovely and had may amenities. Beach towels, chairs, a cooler and a wagon (some beach toys for kids). The kitchen has most anything you require to cook. The laundry room was such a benefit to going home without laundry galore. The grill and grilling tools were great. Near a Publix and breakfast spots. The main drag is accessible to quite a few restaurants and all the beaches. The pool was wonderful. Lovely experience.

Just Perfect!!

Very well kept home and lots of follow up from rental agency. No problems to report.

Very nice home.... on the smaller side of a 3 bedroom but never indoors cause the backyard is so lush. Clean and very nicely stocked. On the upper side of a rental and have been in dozens and we are 2 retired couples. Covered by rental agency when you do not even need them! Hats off to this experience!

Wonderful, private break

Took a winter break from Chicago and found a gem in Villa Las Flores. The perfect blend of location need shopping and food and yet private. The house was great for the needs of my two sisters and I and the pool/courtyard made it feel as if you were on a small private island. We took a chance on taking a property away from the Gulf, as we usually do and were rewarded with a great find. Private pool, warm inviting house and great location. I would highly recommend this property for a group of single adults or a small family.

Clean, nicely appointed and private property supported by very accessible management.

We met our children and grandchildren in Sarasota for a family wedding. This property could not have been better for our purpose to gather and entertain. We felt very safe in the residence and community. It was conveniently located to beaches, commercial sites and restaurants. We cant wait for a return trip in the future.

Adult family vacation

I can only summarize our experience at Villa las flores as being nothing more than exceptional. The private oasis that is the pool and patio give this home a vibe of relaxation and rest. From the time you arrive to music/cupcakes and peer inside the beautiful vaulted ceilings, you feel at home. The residence holds everything you need for your stay leaving you with only needing to go to the grocery store (excellent publix southbound) for liqour and any/all food/items you need. The residence is close to all beaches (8-35 min drive depending on the beach/traffic) and 1 hour from Busch Gardens. The LA fitness next door is a 5 minute walk and you can get a free week pass online. The pool was heated and the best time to use it with full sun was from 1130-1530 during the day. At night, the mood and ambiance lighting are perfect. The beach chairs and towels with the property were perfect for our beach days and walts seafood market down the street had the best fresh selection for grilling on the patio. We would definitely return to the residence and were very pleased to be met by the property manager our final night with a send off bottle of wine and requesting sincere feedback regarding our stay. The cottages at the key run a fine ship!

Family vacation

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the Villa las Flores. The house was clean, beds comfortable and the pool was the highlight of the stay. All communication with the managers was flawless. Having a high chair and crib available At the house would have made the stay perfect!
