With six bedrooms, including one king bed, four queen beds, two bunk beds, and two twin beds, everyone will have room to relax and unwind. The home features five bathrooms equipped with soothing jetted bathtub, sauna, and hair dryers for added convenience.

Designed with both relaxation and fun in mind, the interior provides a calm, welcoming atmosphere after a day of exploring. The home is just minutes from Utah Lake and Saratoga Hot Springs, making it an ideal location for adventure and leisure.

Guests of all ages will love the amenities, including a foosball table, mini trampoline for kids, large outdoor area, private sauna, and on-site gym—perfect for creating lasting memories with family and friends.

Holiday Special:
From November 20th through January 31st, gather with loved ones and enjoy the holiday spirit. The home will be beautifully decorated for Christmas, and a complimentary bottle of wine will be included with your stay. Holiday photos are provided so you know exactly what to expect.

- After 11pm, no loud outdoor music.
-No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping)
a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred on the property. -No Illicit Drugs or Activities:
Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property. - Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 10AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an
additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $299, but this does not award you to stay for the
additional day as this could impact other reservations. - Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and disorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
- No urinating outdoors. There are restrooms on every level, please use them. If rule not followed it may result in a fee of $200.
- No Pets (Strict)
Please note that no pets are permitted in this property. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $350 penalty fee. -Broken or Stolen Property:
Guests will be responsible for any damaged or stolen property, as well as any loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. These are to be reported as soon as it occurs and replaced and/or paid for.
-Inspections:
The Owner can make an inspection of the premises upon demand.
-Lost & Forgotten Items:
Before checking out, please do a thorough sweep of the property to ensure you are not leaving any personal items behind. Host cannot guarantee any items left in the property will be found and will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items.
- This home sleeps max 16 comfortably. If there will be additional guests, please contact me. It is an additional charge for over 16. (not including infants). Every additional guest would be $25 per night.
- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without any refund. We do have cameras monitoring all outdoor areas, and are occasionally checked.
