Welcome to our stunning property in the heart of Saratoga Springs, NY! Winner of prestigious Saratoga Preservation Foundation Restoration Award. This centrally located apartment is the perfect home base for exploring all that this vibrant city has to offer. With its prime location, you'll be within walking distance to the historic Saratoga Race Course, as well as the bustling downtown area with its boutique shops, top-rated restaurants, and lively atmosphere. This unit is for adults and children age 10 and over.
The apartment features two bedrooms, comprised of 2 fulls and 1 queen, sleeping up to 6 guests, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone in your group. The spacious living room is the perfect place to unwind, and the 55-inch smart TV with free cable provides entertainment for cozy nights in. High-speed WIFI is also available for free for your convenience. Please note that, while each unit has been insulated between floors and walls of the other units, this is a 100 year old home and you may hear motion or TV's from another unit, as there are 6 apartments in the building.
Start your mornings off right with a visit to the coffee bar, complete with a Combo Coffee maker, which makes a full pot, a single cup of your favorite ground coffee or a Keurig-style K-cup, and enjoy your cup of coffee on the gorgeous balcony overlooking the front of the house or the veranda on the side. Clean, comfortable and convenient
Jim Dandy was a perfect place for our New Year's Eve celebration. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect as it was a short walk to downtown. If we had come during track season we would have been in walking distance of the track making it a perfect place to enjoy all of Saratoga without the hassle of finding parking. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Saratoga.
