“Multiple areas to discuss here. (1) Positive-- Staff was incredible & helpful at all times. Property located center of downtown, very clean & newly renovated. (2) Negative--- parking is limited to 10 spots. Street parking is limited 3hrs & almost impossible to find a spot. Parking garage behind motel is free on top level. Motel is located in center of downtown, so very noisy. Windows dont block any noise, walls very thin so can hear everything in rooms next to yours & outside. Night 1,Got woken...

“During a family celebration, we recently stayed at Saratoga Casino Hotel, and the staff truly went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. They checked in to ensure everything was perfect and handled every request with kindness. “I’m giving this hotel three stars because It’s located in the middle of town walkable to everything, now with that being said if you’re at a conference attention is on you, if you’re staying there attention on you, not so much, as we were told that there is limited food for breakfast, do to 1 of the conferences there using most of it. We stayed in a junior suite where our view was of a toilet bowl laying on the floor outside the window and the table where the help takes their break and smoke...

“We were left stranded on the day of a wedding because although this establishment is contactless and doesn’t have a “front desk” nothing was communicated to us giving instructions to our reserved room. We were left to change into wedding attire in a local Starbucks bathroom because no one associated with this establishment would answer a call, email or text.”

“The room was bright, clean, and very comfortable. The staff checked in each morning to see if I needed fresh towels or housekeeping, which I appreciated. The hotel was conveniently located near several coffee shops and only about a five-minute drive to the town’s Main Street with plenty of restaurants and bars. Parking was easy and convenient, and the WiFi worked reliably for both my laptop and cellphone throughout my stay.”

“The hotel is new so nice. Growing pains for sure. Our friends room had ants. They gave them a can of ant spray and didn’t clean the room. We discovered you have to ask for housekeeping services. Nothjng in room indicted that. Not having a round the clock office open is challenging.”
