There are plenty of great dining options nearby as well as supermarkets and convenience stores should you need to stock up on groceries or some local produce. Playa Ocotal is known for its pristine, uncrowded beaches, and this vacation rental is just a short walk away from the sand. If you're feeling more adventurous, you can explore the Pagayo Peninsula with virtually endless options to choose from for on-shore and off-shore adventures. You'll also be conveniently situated just a short drive from Guanacaste International Airport. Gated community access provides an added sense of privacy and security throughout your stay.

The stylish interior is tastefully decorated in a tropical style, with tile floors and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Great Spot close to the beach

We hit some pretty rough roads getting there as we stayed toweds the end of off season and the roada are not grated yet. That being said this condo is on a very nice property and is super close to the beach. For those who don't like to venture far from the house, there are several pools on site that are on property to use. They are really nice and clean. The condo is on the second floor and a short walk from parking area but has secured parking. The neighbors are all very friendly and the unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, the washer and dryer was wonderful too. We really enjoyed our stay. The host were very communicative and we had no issues.
