The laundry is operated exclusively by the management company. The accommodation does not handle the issue of laundry access cards. Guests are responsible for obtaining and recharging laundry cards themselves. Laundry services are not included in the accommodation price and are charged separately!
Please note that the swimming pool is part of the condominium's shared infrastructure and is managed solely by the complex's management. Management reserves the right to temporarily restrict or fully suspend access to the pool without prior notice (including for technical or sanitary reasons). Apartment owners are not involved in the management of the pool and have no influence on its closure or reopening dates.

Because Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon for basic services such as water, electricity, and internet to be out of service. Such events cannot be predicted and, if they do occur, they are outside the host's control.
Amenities Provided: Our properties are competitively priced, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the apartment is equipped with a limited starter kit, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, and dish soap. Once these initial supplies are exhausted, the guest is responsible for replacing them as needed.
