Villa Riviera 2BR Near the Beach

This is our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Villa Riviera condo just 5 minutes from the beach. The spacious layout offers a full kitchen, comfortable living area, air conditioning, and everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy access to the condominium’s shared pool and a convenient location close to Playas del Coco’s beaches, restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

When you arrive, you’ll find a comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo spread across two levels. The ground floor features the social area, fully equipped kitchen, and one bathroom, with direct access to the pool just steps away. Upstairs, you’ll find both bedrooms and the second bathroom, offering a comfortable and private space to relax after a day at the beach.

The parking space is conveniently located next to the street, right by the condo, and the community has security on the premises. Guests are welcome to enjoy the community pool throughout the day, every day.

The shared laundry room is also available for your convenience and operates with a laundry card. We can provide a card for $10, which includes enough credit for approximately two complete wash-and-dry cycles. If you need additional credit during your stay, you may purchase more directly from the gardener, who is usually on the premises during the day.

The team of hosts will be always available through Airbnb messages.
- This is a non smoking unit. If you smoke you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor.

- No pets are allowed in the house.

- No parties or events are allowed.

- Please rinse sand in the outside shower before entering the condominium and/or showering inside. Extra sand in the unit can cause clogging and would represent an extra charge.

-Please do not dispose of toilet paper, paper products, or other items in the toilet, as this may cause clogging. Kindly use the provided wastebaskets.

- Be kind with the AC and eletricity. Use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium as there is a $50 cap on electricity on rentals over 1 week.
