Gite for 4 with Heated Pool in Quiet Setting Near Sarlat

We are delighted to welcome you to our stone gite, just 2 km from Sarlat-la-Canéda, in a peaceful, green setting. Everything here is designed to offer you a warm, friendly welcome and a stay where you quickly feel at home.



The bright, comfortable gite includes:



On the ground floor, a pleasant living area with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher) and a TV lounge, plus a WC. A washing machine is also available.



Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with a 140 cm double bed, the other with two 90 cm single beds).



The bathroom has a shower and WC.



A private terrace, ideal for outdoor meals, completes the property.



You have free access to the entire property: large green spaces, shared heated pool (10 × 5 m, open 15/05 to 25/09), barbecue, table tennis, badminton, pétanque court, football pitch, pond, and free wifi.
