Gorodka cottage

Gorodka is an unusual village that is included in the itinerary of the Singular Art with the Horse Factor Plais.
This extraordinary place has been entirely dreamed and built by Pierre Shasmoukine, "multi-art artist".
It appears in about twenty tourist guides and art books.

Ideal for lovers of peace and nature, this large log cabin / duplex of 90m2 is immersed in greenery,

Entrance lounge / veranda, fully equipped American kitchen fully equipped. Large windows.
On the mezzanine, bedroom 1 bed 1m60 1 bed 90 (plus extra bed 90 or cot).
Flat screen TV (DTT channels (Internet connection at the reception)

This chalet can accommodate 4/5 people. A second small cottage / adjoining room with two beds of 90 (+120 euros per week) ideal if you are 2 couples or have big children).
These 2 cottages are located in the "private" part of Gorodka.

In summer you can enjoy the picnic area with the large barbecue and in the evening your table will be found in the heart of a magical setting, all illuminated with the dragonfly / helicopter that sparkles in the night!

Grand Chalet 750 € per week - 2 nights 240 € - 3 nights 330 €
Small adjoining Robinson chalet for 2 pers - 20 euros / night

School holidays: Rental only by the week.
Grand chalet 800 € - Small chalet Robinson 140 €
Possibility rental sheets and towels. 10 € pers.
The Gorodka tour is offered for weekly rentals.

To note: hirings week from SUNDAY to SUNDAY
(To avoid the big traffic jams of Saturday)

Environment: The Dordogne and its beaches are 4km - swimming and canoeing - Picturesque villages and the most beautiful castles are within 10 km
A small bus commutes 6 times a day from the town of Canéda (300 m) to Sarlat.
Center Leclerc and Farmer's Market 1 km. Bike path at 800m.
For children: Circuit "hook-branches" and "Squirrels" 2 km.
