Villa Malena – Swimming pool and relaxation

Welcome to this magnificent 130 m² single-storey villa, set within a property divided into two separate holiday homes, ensuring peace and privacy.

The interior and exterior layout has been designed to offer moments of pure relaxation:

Bedrooms: The villa has 3 cosy bedrooms, 2 of which feature king-size beds and 1 with 2 single beds (90cm).
The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two additional guests.

Bathrooms: Two practical bathrooms are at your disposal, each with a walk-in shower.

Living areas: A fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining room and a comfortable living room where you can relax together.

Private outdoor areas: Enjoy a separate entrance and private access to a lovely terrace. A charcoal barbecue is available for your al fresco meals.

Pool area: Direct access from the terrace leads to the unheated swimming pool (open from 1 May to 30 September), the ideal spot to relax in the sun.
The swimming pool is fenced off for the safety of children.
It may be shared with guests on the ground floor

Important information and conditions:
There are 4 steps to climb to reach all the bedrooms, the toilet and the bathroom.
There are 2 steps to go down to reach the kitchen.
Pets are allowed, but not in the swimming pool.
A deposit of 500 euros via direct debit is required for each stay.
The main guest’s ID card must be provided before each stay.

For your comfort, cleaning and linen are fully included.

Guests have independent access via a secure key box. As the house is situated in a peaceful rural setting, it is only accessible by car. Parking: Free private parking is available on site, with space for up to 3 cars.

You’ll be just a 7-minute drive from the centre of Sarlat-la-Canéda, a world-renowned medieval town famous for its architectural heritage, picturesque narrow streets and unique Périgord cuisine. It’s the ideal base for exploring the region with family or friends.
