"Horrible!
We stayed in Room 340 for 2 nights. The amenities promised were not working at all.
1. Toilet door was jammed and difficult to open when locked from inside. When I complained about it staff said they'll bring some technician and fix it. Nothing was fixed , I complained next day again, different staff responded as this was the only room having a lock to bathroom door and said it was marked as fixed in their complaint registry, even though no one fixed it. My senior parents who have arthritis, it was very difficult for them.
2. The shower door was not completely sealed so water seeped through it flooding it, making the floor slippery and dangerous. We had to clean all the water ourselves to avoid slipping. complained about it twice, what they did to fix it was just to move the shower head facing towards the wall instead of fixing it real.
3. The air conditioning is placed at the entrance which does not cool the entire room. There were 2 rooms but only 1 ac at the entrance door. The inside room did not have any AC and the entrance AC was not cooling the outside room, let alone the inside room. We were sweating the entire night, informed this to the staff but no action taken. They checked and told the room will cool in sometime, but it didnât.
After informing multiple time still the same response, but no urgency to act on the discomfort the customer is facing.
We understand that itâs a budget hotel, but we expect to get the basic amenities mentioned during booking."
