Welcome to the heart of the Rhuys Peninsula, ideally situated between Arzon and Sarzeau, between the beautiful beaches of the south and the wilder coves of the north. This furnished accommodation, set on the owners' land but entirely independent and private, offers all the comfort necessary to welcome up to 4 travellers. You will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden as well as a terrace equipped with a barbecue, perfect for your summer meals. Just 2 km away, Kerver beach and golf course are easily accessible on foot or by bike, whilst the wilder coast of the north of the peninsula, located 500 metres away, promises you superb seaside walks. The accommodation is also at the crossroads of the cycle paths that serve the peninsula.



Pass through the front door and discover a pleasant kitchen/dining room space. The fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) will allow you to prepare your meals as you would at home. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker. You can share your meals around the indoor dining table or enjoy the outdoor table on fine days. In the evening, meet up in the lounge area, where you will find books, board games, a television and a sofa.



The accommodation has 2 sleeping areas:

Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a desk.

Living room: a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm).



The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The toilet is separate for added comfort.



A washing machine will also be at your disposal during your stay.



You will finally benefit from a private parking space to park easily. You will be able to easily store your bicycles near the accommodation.
