The cottage is an independent house nestled on a plot of 470 m². This vacation rental offers you: - On the ground floor: an entrance, a living room with living room and fitted kitchen with an adjoining living room. Also on this level: a bedroom (1 80x200 bed) with private shower room, an office space leading to a laundry room and a separate toilet. - Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with 1 90x190 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds including 1 bunk, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a space equipped for children on the the landing with many games and books. Outside, you will enjoy an unfenced garden of 250 m², a gravelled terrace and 2 private parking spaces. The owners give you access to the garage to store your bikes and/or sports/beach gear. In Sarzeau and the surrounding area, there is no shortage of activities and will satisfy all desires: hiking, fishing, yachting, water sports, golf, horse riding... A few meters from the cottage, the Anse du Logeo, one of the most pretty in the Regional Natural Park of the Gulf of Morbihan, you will be able to swim and sunbathe on sunny days!
