The Hallmark is a very ordinary building but the experience was good overall if you don't mind passing on the typical hotel amenities (check in desk, room service, etc). The apartment itself was very comfortable with a separate living area, kitchen, and balcony.
The air conditioning was better in the hallway than the room so I had to prop the door open and open the balcony then it was fine. The property is very close to the river valley and only a few blocks from the downtown block and other hotels for restaurants and shopping.
There is a self check in process which is fairly easy (code is emailed for the lock box). This place is geared for multiple night stays, so I wouldn't bother for a single night or even two.
