It is just as close to Jasmund National Park with its extensive beech forests. Sassnitz’s amenities are easily accessible on foot. Supermarkets and shopping options are right nearby, as are numerous restaurants and cafes. An Asian restaurant is located right in the building.<br><br>The timeless apartment on the first floor of the main building offers 49 square meters of living space and accommodates 2 people.<br>It features two cozy, modernly furnished rooms with a fireplace.<br>The living room, featuring a sofa as well as a TV and radio, includes an open-concept kitchen with a counter and bar stools.<br>The bright and modern built-in kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.<br>The bathroom, which has natural light, features a walk-in, open shower, as well as a toilet and sink.<br>The bedroom has a double bed (140/200 cm) and three wardrobes with full-length mirrors.<br>Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.<br>A parking space is not included with the apartment. Our recommendation: Use the large public parking garage at the city harbor, which is only about 200 meters away.<br>Or you can look for a public parking spot in the area. Right in front of the building on Hafenstraße, there is a parking lane where you can park by the hour (using a parking disc), making it convenient to load and unload your belongings.
