This light-filled, non-smoking apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and features three stylishly appointed rooms, including two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a sofa area, armchairs, and a flat-screen TV; a fully equipped open kitchen; and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six people, making it ideal for families or active travelers who appreciate a well-maintained atmosphere. The high-quality initial furnishings include bed linens and towels, so you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Practical details such as a coat rack, a dining table, modern heating, and free Wi-Fi enhance the comfort. A private parking space is available directly on the enclosed property; however, a car is not strictly necessary, as bus stops are located 150 meters away and the Sassnitz train station is about 800 meters away.
