Mannen som körde oss frÄn parkeringen var sÄ hjÀlpsam och berÀttade om hotellet och Matera.
Receptionen var ocksÄ oerhört vÀnliga och hjÀlpsamma.
NÀr vi fick rummet 210 med egen liten pool ville vi inte lÀmna rummet för att se Matera. Ett rum sÄ vackert och med ett lugn och en utsikt som var magisk.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Sassi di Matera, with walking distance to everything you need. You will find tourists walking around the outdoor parts of the hotel just to experience it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the beds comfortable and good AC. We also experienced the SPA, which is a beautiful pool in one of the caves.

âPerfekt location in Matera Sassi. Cosy rooms in caves with candles. It is an expansive hotel compared to what you paypal for. Stay some where else and spend your money in the beautiful restaurant instead!
Unfortunately the sheets in our bed were not changed which we discovered when we were going to sleep. We had to change rooms late in the evening and pack our luggage.â
