STRAND FRONT CONDO MED SPEKTAKULÄR UTSIKT! LUXURIOUSLY RENOVATED 2/2 - 1300 SF

Helt uppdaterad 2 sovrum, 2 badrum havet framför villa precis vid stranden. Enheten ligger på sjätte våningen med en miljon dollar utsikt över stranden från balkongen, sovrummet, vardagsrummet och köket. Vi har utrustat denna enhet för en lyxig semester med alla bekvämligheter. Det är vårt hem hemifrån. Fullt utrustat kök med lerkruka, mixer, NutriBullet för frysta skakningar eller drycker, avancerade kopparkrukor, brödrost, kaffebryggare med inbyggd kaffebönor (ingenting som lukten av färskt kaffe). Koppla av i den stora skärmad balkongen som kan nås från vardagsrummet eller sovrummet. Du kan till och med förbereda måltider, medan du njuter av den spektakulära utsikten över havet, på den självstående elektriska George Foreman-grillen, yum! Kökslådorna uppgraderas med tyst självstängande mekanismer. Lyxiga turkiska bomullshanddukar i badet och för stranden. Möbler, madrasser och sängkläder är alla nya!
Det finns en TV i varje rum. Stor 65 "Smart TV med ljudsystem och Blue Ray DVD-spelare i vardagsrummet. Ytterligare 50 "TV i sovrummet med DVD-spelare och en 37" TV i det andra sovrummet med Blue Ray DVD-spelare. Kabel-TV, höghastighetsinternet och en trådlös monokrom skrivare kan du enkelt ansluta till din bärbara dator om du skulle behöva använda den. För din bekvämlighet, ny storstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten och tilldelad garageparkeringsplats. För din användning finns det fyra enkla bär-back-pack Tommy Bahama strandstolar (alla med sin egen svalare bakom stolen), 2 parasoller, strandleksaker och strandspel, en kompakt kolgrill med egen bärväska som du kan ta till stranden med dig. Det finns också brädspel och flera filmer för din underhållning. Anläggningen inkluderar uppvärmd pool, bastu, gasgrill, klubbhus, tennisbanor och direkt tillgång till stranden. Ta bara med din tandborste !!
Patrick AFB är fem minuter bort för billig pensionerad militär shopping. Enheten är bekvämt beläget inom gångavstånd från köpcentra ... Publix, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, etc.

All the comforts you need

Deb’s Condo at The Buccaneer in Satellite Beach was excellent for many reason.The location is convenient to many things and in walking distance to the Publix and other shop.The condo itself could not be better. Right on the beach with a fabulous pool area. The inside of condo is beautifully kept everything well maintained. There was no shortage of necessities supplied by the owner.Two months of staying here is pretty good living.

Exactly As Advertised!

Perfect location, wonderful condo, equipped with everything you need and then some. From essentials to a huge array of beach toys/equipment - it's all here! Our host is definitely a SUPER HOST! The unexpected welcoming gifts, abundance of plush towels and bedding, prompt response to any questions or concerns. If you are not on the beach, you are looking at it and hearing the soothing waves make their way to shore. Close to many attractions, restaurants and to top it off, if your timing is right, you can view the rocket launches from Cape Canaveral while sitting on the lovely balcony. Did I mention dolphins swimming by? If you are lucky enough to get into this VRBO you won't be sorry.

Loved the condo & location. Disappointed that the pool heater was not working and the elevator broke down. We were on the 6th floor & the stairs were a lot☹️

Beautiful

We had a wonderful months vacation. The owner, Deborah kept us well informed and check-in was easy. The condo is very well equipped, especially the kitchen appliances and range of utensils. There are plenty of linens and towels, with equipment for the beach and a range of activities. There are beautiful views of the beach and ocean and we were able to watch rocket launches from the balcony. The location is good, with shops and restaurants nearby. This certainly was ‘our happy place’ for our stay in Florida and we’re looking forward to returning.

A month at the beach

A great 6th floor condo overlooking the ocean, stocked with everything you will need for a great vacation. The place was very clean and very nicely decorated.There are many restaurants, supermarkets and drugstores nearby. We spent the Christmas season the month of December there and had a great time.

Great Summer Fun/Work Vacation!

Very nice and well maintained property. Nicely decorated, comfortable, functional, and well stocked (kitchen, linens, towels, games, etc.). We especially appreciated all the beach towels! Deborah was a fantastic host and she always responded to questions quickly. The Buccaneer condo common areas were well-maintained. Parking was great. The pool was clean and we definitely took advantage of the take-a-book, leave-a-book exchange in the clubhouse. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby. For dessert, definitely recommend Fat Donkey ice cream! We hope to return soon!

Amazing!

My stay in "Our Happy Place" was amazing from booking to check out! The condo is just as it is described. The attention to detail in paper supplies, kitchen furnishings, beach supplies, linens, firm to soft pillows and wifi/technology is superior to my experience in other rentals. The condo and the complex is clean and well managed. The balcony view of the beach and ocean is a perfect setting. It was an amazing experience. Linda

Great host!

The unit was very nicely laid out and is designed as a luxury apartment. It's like living in a posh hotel suite, only more space. The unit was incredibly well stocked, including beach gear and toys. We will miss our morning walks on the beach! Deborah is a fantastic host and was very responsive.

Great Experience

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The condo is clean, nicely furnished and well stocked. Amazing view of the beach and ocean from nearly every room, launches from the Cape can be viewed from the balcony. The common areas are nicely maintained and the people are friendly. The owner (Deborah) is very pleasant and responsive . Highly recommend.

Great place in a great location!

I was in the area working for a hospital system (for 3 months) during the height of Covid 19. This beautiful, clean condo provided a much needed restful place while off from work. It was supplied with all the essentials, so it really was a home away from home. Deborah (owner) was very responsive with any questions that came up.Excellent spot!

I am here to support my company's local hospitals. The location is perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked, which make it very easy as we cannot go out to eat at this time. The location is perfect. All around a great place!

Super accomodations and beach location!

Deborah has made her condo unit so welcoming and comfortable with the perfect ocean location! We quite enjoyed our daily entertainment of watching from our balcony the beach action below....like beautiful early sunrises; or watching the many surfers hit the waves or the wind surfers trying to dance their kites over the water, often the 'key' was just trying!; to the many, many pelicans diving at all hours for fish, onto those folks either fishing or walking the beach looking for pretty shells. We did our own share of beach time or time just lazing around the pool having a nice chat with other out-of-state visitors. The pool was very clean and just the right warmth! Nice too that the recreation room had books you could pick up to read and then return. All together, it made for super relaxation. And the weather was quite good, not too hot or cold. And if if it rained, we'd plan a drive. We refused to let it mess up our time! The kitchen is well stocked; the master bed and bedroom is comfortable; plenty of closet space with enough hangers; the w/d worked like a charm; the living/dining room is all set up to enjoy your meals with music or on the comfy couch watching the big TV for the latest happenings. For us, it was the perfect place and setting to enjoy our vacation from the chill of Colorado. Local restaurants are close by.....we liked the "Fresh" restaurant; and "Coasters".... and almost across the street is "Nippon Thai" and "Little Dos" that are quite reasonable. For us breakfast at the "Blueberry Muffin" is great, and their biscuits so good! Grocery stores are close-by as well as Walmart and Walgreens. We plan to come another time, but maybe for 2 months and not for only what seemed to us to turn out to be a VERY short one month stay! Alice/Frank Rossow

Wonderful view of the ocean and well maintained condo. We enjoyed every minute of our 2 month stay.

The owners quickly responded to any questions we had before and during our stay. The condo is very nicely decorated, well constructed (we never heard any noise from the surrounding units, and has a lovely screened in balcony where we spent many hours reading books and listening to the ocean waves. Also, the other residents we met were extremely friendly. Easy access to the beach where we took daily walks and convenient to many restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.
