This was our first stay in unit 218 but 5th year at Paradise Beach Club. Think this is our favorite unit. It is close to the ocean and looks up (north) the coast. (Great viewing of rocket launches from the space center.) The furnishings are comfortable, the unit is spacious and on one level and was clean although there seemed to be a hint of dog in the air. They accept pets, which I think is great and I'm not allergic but maybe need deeper cleaning (vacuuming under and behind couch and beds, etc.) to get all the fur up. We stayed 2 weeks and the only cleaning supplies were a beat up broom and dust pan and brush; a Swifter mop would be useful. The unit, like others, was well supplied with dish detergent, bath and hand soaps, paper towels, even coffee filters. The owner, Drew, was very responsive with issues and inquiries that I had. The on-site management/maintenance staff are very nice and quick to respond. The complex is kept quite clean.
We love coming here as the area has lots of dining options and services but is also fairly quiet, especially at night. There is public beach access next door but the beach is almost empty most of the time. A lovely spot!
