Bedövning Oceanfront Condo - verkligen en av ett slag!

Paradise Beach Club 230 är stolt ägd av "Stay In Cocoa Beach", den största ägaren av Premium Beach Rentals på Space Coast!

Detta rymliga och eleganta 1100 sqft lägenhet enhet ligger på två våningar med vardagsrum, matsal, kök, badrum och privata havet balkong på andra våningen och sovrum och ett badrum på tredje våningen. Det erbjuder fantastisk utsikt från sovrummet och bottenvåningen balkongen.

Byggnaden genomgick en omfattande renovering under 2015, under vilken tid de sätter in nya fönster, dörrar, räcken, färg och mycket mer. Även om det byggdes på 1970-talet, ser det nytt ut.

Bekvämligheterna på komplexet inkluderar en uppvärmd pool vid havet som har utsikt över havet, en shuffleboard domstol, ett litet gym, 2 stora grillgrillar med graniträknare, gateda hundsparker och naturligtvis direkt tillgång till stranden. Anläggningen är byggd intill en havsvallen för att få dig så nära havet som någon lägenhet i Florida. Det är perfekt beläget på en vacker lugn strandsträcka, men ändå mycket nära till shopping och restauranger.

Komplexet ligger 20 minuter från Melbourne Airport, 15 minuter från Cocoa Beach Pier, 10 minuter till Indialantic, och en timme från Orlando flygplats och Disneyword.

Observera att byggandet av en ny bostadsfastighet på fastigheten intill kommer att slutföra under hela 2018, under vilken det kan finnas lite buller under öppettiderna. Detta arbete kommer nu att påverka Paradise Beach Club eller dess bekvämligheter.

Även om noteringen säger "ingen återbetalning", förstår vi att saker kommer upp. Om du måste avboka din bokning och du meddelar oss minst 30 dagar före incheckning eller tidigare, tar vi inte ut den andra halvan av betalningen.

The condo was great!! Excellent location with a Publix across the street and a Dunkin. The condo complex is on the older side with basic facilities but with an ocean view and beautiful views it’s hard to complain. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook meals. Beds were comfortable. Cocoa Beach pier is a quick 10 minute drive.

The perfect beach getaway

Honestly, this was the best property I have ever stayed at in Florida. It was beach front and also had a pool. Everything was perfect and I could have spent every day just sitting on the patio watching the ocean. The tiny walk to the beach was also ideal. I love the furniture and the comfort of the beds. I will be definitely rebooking for our next trip to Florida!

Mid July weekend stay

Great location with a private beach entrance. Room was clean and a lot of room. Balcony with ocean view. Property management communicated numerous times before, and during our stay.

Great vacation!

Everything about the condo was great. Pictures are accurate, and had plenty of room for 4 adults. Was at the condo during hurricane Helene, rental management kept great communication. There were no issues and continued with our vacation. .

Not only was there a gorgeous view from the balcony and the master bedroom, the condo was extremely comfortable and well stocked for any vacation but especially for a vacation at the beach! I have recommended it to other friends.

Great place to bring your puppers!

Our family had a wonderful time making memories and our dog Maggie loved it as well! They have a small fenced in area for the dogs. There is a Publix and Dunkin Donuts within walking distance. Overall, great experience.

Good size for the money

We enjoyed the condo. The beach is rocky so bring water shoes. The pool was clean and deep so my son loved it. The condo had four chairs, two boggie boards and a cooler which was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend this condo. Just be aware their are stairs to get to the two bedrooms.

We didn't want to leave! The unit was great. Very comfortable and well equipped. The view from the balcony was incredible and the ocean breeze and sound of the waved from the beach were very relaxing. Groceries were a 5 minute walk across the street and there were restaurants galore in every direction. I wouldn't hesitate to return for my next trip.

Quiet beach

We booked last minute and were looking at this location or one on Cocoa Beach. I am happy we chose this location because it was a very quiet, relaxing beach. The rental was clean and stocked. The units are older but clean and functional (except the dishwasher which we reported). The surrounding area had enough nice local restaurants and across the street is Dunkin and plaza with Publix and a great Acai/breakfast place. We would stay here again if the need arose.

Great Oceanside View

Great view from unit which is located directly on water. The building is a bit dated but unit was updated and very clean. Views from main room and bedroom were amazing. Window in bedroom needs to be replaced and bed way too soft. Pool was very nice and heated where beach not too crowded but strong surf. Area has casual surfer vibe. Close to markets and casual restaurants.

Cute condo

We had a pleasant stay at Paradise Beach Resort. The location was conveniently situated near shopping, restaurants, and ice cream parlors, all within walking distance. The beach and pool areas were easily accessible from our unit. The unit offered a breathtaking ocean view from the balcony and the master bedroom. However, the master bedroom window could have been cleaner to fully appreciate the view. Regrettably, the floors and dishes appeared to be unclean upon our arrival, and there were no mopping supplies available for us to clean the floors ourselves. Despite this minor inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this location.

Barking Digs

This so called resort should be renamed "Dog Park Resort".. During our stay, no less than 7 large dogs occupied the property. Throughout the day the dogs were left unattended on the outside decks and "barked" uncontrollably. It became such a nuisance that we along with other guests simply left the pool area. In addition, the odor of dog poop was very noticeable. I cannot understand why the ownership of this property promotes dogs on this property. It was definitely cause for not wanting to rebook in the future. I want to additionally add that the master bedroom mattress was worn out. It felt as those your laying on 14" of marshmallows. Bedding is important for an enjoyable and restful stay. These beds fell well short. In fact other reviews of this same condo "230" indicated the beds are not adequate and need updating. Otherwise access to the beach was very convenient.

Paradise found in Satellite Beach

We had a wonderful time at Paradise Beach Club in a Stay in Cocoa Beach managed unit! I don't think I could have found better ocean front units in Satellite Beach. Count me as a very pleased renter.We were traveling in Florida for the month of January and February. Our stay in January was for 3 weeks. We headed to the Keys and then the West Coast but decided to cut our stay on the West Coast short and return to Paradise Beach Club for two more weeks in late February. That should be a good indication of how much we enjoyed PBC.Both units we stayed in were recently renovated with great finishing touches. Kitchens had everything you could ask for with modern appliances and well stocked pots, pans, dishes etc. The counter tops were granite and completed with a waterfall edge. The full size new washer and dryer in both units were very nice amenities. Both units had two bedrooms & two bathrooms. The bedrooms are both spacious and bright. The beds are comfortable and the bedding was new. TV in each bedroom was much appreciated. Baths were modern with new tiled showers.Both living areas sported 80 inch TV's on nicely done entertainment consoles or entertainment wall. Kitchens look into the living area via open concept and 6 person dining tables were located just past the kitchen island between the kitchen and living area. This kitchen living area was bright and spacious - would work well for up to 6 guests. The living area walks out onto your private patio and each patio has a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. You wake each morning to the sounds and view of the ocean. We did not use the pool but it was clean and very accessible. We did go to the beach daily and it is a very short walk to the sand as Paradise Beach Club sits directly on the beach. They have an onsite maintenance person who works on the outside of the property daily to keep it tidy and in good repair. We did not have any reason to request he make any repairs to either of our units but saw that he is quick to respond to repair should something need to be looked at inside a unit. Finally Zarek, who is the rental agent for Paradise Beach Club with Stay in Cocoa Beach, is very friendly, helpful and great to work with. He answered all my questions when I first found PBC online. He made sure I could understand the layout etc. prior to our arrival. He also helped make securing accommodations easy when we decided to come back for an additional two weeks in late February. PBC is a wonderful home away from home however it deserves mentioning that Zarek's professionalism and attention to detail remain highest on our list of reasons we feel very secure in securing arrangements for an extended stay next year.
