We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The teens loved their space down in the big game/movie room. My daughter loved what came to be known as the napping porch. We had a total of 12 people at our max, 8 adults, three teens and one child. It sleeps 12, but that would require adults to sleep in the bunk room or the game room with the kids, so for us, we could have used another bedroom, but we made it work for the two nights we had everyone there on the weekend. Otherwise it was everything we needed! Having ample pantry space was really convenient. We did a lot of cooking during our 12 day stay and had enough cookware and dishes, though not serving dishes, but we managed using baking pans and casserole dishes. I did pick up some throw rugs at the dollar store for the kitchen and bathrooms. The bath mats are thin and not very functional. There were enough bath towels and beach towels as long as we ran the washer often. Plenty of laundry and kitchen detergents, trash bags, toilet paper and a starter paper towel roll. Really nice having shampoo, conditioner and bath soap dispensers in the showers. Four beach chairs, two beach umbrellas, and many sand toys for the younger kids were in the garage. The gas grill was used a few times, and the burners aren’t in great working order, but worked well enough to get us through our meals. Phoebe was very responsive to any questions I had, she’s tried to think of everything and has done a nice job on this house! We would recommend!
