Fairview invites you to slow down and savor life’s finer moments. The spacious, lush yard now features a brand-new 20’ x 42’ in-ground pool, designed as a true outdoor oasis. The pool is accented with eight elegant fountains and paired with a convenient outdoor shower, making it ideal for long summer days spent lounging, swimming, and gathering with friends and family. The yard is also well suited for lawn games, outdoor dining, or quiet afternoons under the trees.

This house is stunning. Perfect for a Labor Day weekend get away with a couple friends/ family. Very inviting and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. Games, great size yard, stocked kitchen (if you like to cook, you will love this house), across the street from the golf course, and short drive to beaches/ restaurants/ and bars. Extremely clean, thoughtfully designed. We had a great time!
