Spend the day at the lake, then return home to rinse off and relax.

Please Note:
- This is a historic home situated on the hillside. Some floors are uneven and some doorways are narrow. We hope you will embrace the history of the home.
- This home is nestled in a beautiful natural setting where wildlife and insects are part of the charm. Routine pest control services are in place to ensure the comfort of our guests, but on occasion, a curious critter may make its way inside, especially if doors are left open. If you notice any evidence of pests indoors, please notify our office promptly so we can address the situation.
- The attic sleeping area can get quite warm in the summer. A window AC unit is installed in the summer months, but you may wish to bring a fan.
- The lower level can get a bit cool in the winter. We have an electric space heater available for this space. We recommend packing warm pajamas if you'll be sleeping on this level in the winter months.
- The fireplaces are for decoration only and cannot be used.
- This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors. Disturbances will not be tolerated.
- There is absolutely no street parking available at this property. The parking area at the home can fit a maximum of 5 cars and all cars must be completely in the parking area. Any cars parked on the street will be towed.
