Beautifully renovated old barn, circa 1810, with chic, modern and eclectic design, with landscaped lawn/garden. A wonderful light filled space for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient and relaxing stay at upstate New York. Great for all seasons, with picturesque hikes, trails, swimming holes, ski slopes just a few minutes drive away. Perfectly situated for easy access to all that Woodstock and Saugerties have to offer, including art, music, wellness spas, amazing restaurants and bars.

Guests will have the whole house to themselves, including the bedrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area. There’s a beautiful landscaped lawn for guests to enjoy with a fire pit - just perfect for the cooler season. In the warmer days, enjoy the patio right outside of the kitchen with a lounge set, picnic table and a Weber Grill.

Lovingly restored, this beautiful 1810 barn has all the modern amenities and aesthetics yet retains all the charm and character of a period structure. There’s a 60 inch tv with SONOS sound system ready for your enjoyment, with Netflix and HBO access. The spacious chef’s kitchen is well equipped with top of the line pots and pans, cutleries and serve-wares to stay in and cook up a warm cozy dinner. All the basic cooking essentials are available to guests - oils, sugar, salt and other condiments. When it’s time for bed, tuck into cozy cotton beddings in the well appointed bedrooms. The bedrooms are bright with skylights, to wake up to beautiful mornings in the countryside.

Please note: The main bedroom with the king bed has no door, and is reached via the wooden staircase. The second bedroom is connected to the master bedroom via the common small bathroom upstairs. The third bedroom is downstairs and is adjoining the living room, there’s no door, and a spiral staircase connects the upstairs queen bedroom with this room.

Also, please note that we are close to a main road and occasionally you can hear the traffic, but we are completely fenced in.

Pets are allowed but there is a one time pet fee of $75 per pet.
