“I was dismayed that only one of two elevators was working. I also found it inconvenient that there was only one ice machine for the entire property. But beyond these complaints, I had a very good stay at this hotel.”

“The hotel was very nice, the only complaint is the breakfast offered, all microwaveable food. Nothing cooked. I was told it’s a new program they’re trying, it’s terrible. Even the bagel was terrible. Starbucks coffee was the only plus, not free, they should have a coffee self serve station like some other hotels. Other than the “restaurant” the hotel was very nice. There’s a big lounge with TVs very nice area . ”

“The Wick is conveniently located literally across the street from the Hudson NY Amtrak rail station. My room was very nice, spacious, with comfortable bedding and lighting. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with my stuck entry door and it was immediately addressed. Bathroom was very spacious - good water pressure and quality amenities. I had a full American breakfast in the lobby area and it was tasty. I felt safe as a solo traveler - not that the property is at the end of...

“The AC/Heating unit can’t be redirected from hitting the person on the right side of the bed. The room was clean, but missing a chair and a luggage rack. ”

“Great! Super streamlined check in, parking is a great perk. Very quiet overall and beautiful property. There was a noisy neighbor on the main floor, that we could hear from the common space when sitting there, but once in our room downstairs we couldn't hear them and plus the room came with a sound machine!”
