It would have been very nice to know that the elevator was not working. There are 5 flights of stairs to get to the second floor with all your luggage

Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service and had to carry bags up to the top. Room was near a very noisy electrical room and the hum was maddening.

Dirty smelly carpet all through the halls and in room. Rating on Expedia 4.5 NOT!! Confirmed a room for 2 queens and the hotel calls and told us it’s not available and gives us a room with one bed and only a skylight no window. Wanted to cancel but you charge $15 and I have to go through Expedia. Terrible experience

Hotel leaves a little to be desired. Mostly just outdated and shabby. The layout is confusing as well. But the staff are super helpful and the parking is great!

Liked that it was close to the arena. Learned that all three breakfast sausages that I tried were so dried out.... Probably recycled from the previous days.

Couldn't sleep too noisy;doors slamming.Two different stories from the day clerk and night clerk about the security deposit.Day clerk told me the truth and night clerk told me that there would be a hold put on my credit card for three days.Very noisy outside.Elevator didn't work.

That we has to change rooms once boooked in, there wasnt any air cirçulation, no fans, the room was clean but the other room we were given carpets are filthy

It was a nice place. You can’t control your heat so we had to open a window as it was 75 degrees / 23 degrees in there. Nice for during the day but not at night. The staff was excellent and the rooms clean. The area around the hotel wasn’t the best but it was a close distance to a beautiful boardwalk. I wouldn’t feel safe walking at night there. I would recommend it though as the breakfast was pretty good for a hotel hot breakfast and there is garage parking at no charge which was very nice. We’d stay there again.

The man at the front desk was very nice. We only stopped by to sleep for a few hours but have no complaints. Hotel was close to the border and parking was great.

We checked in got to our room... bathtub wasnt the cleanest.. couldnt watch tv at all live tv didnt work... went downstairs and omw back up saw a family walking into my room. There was a mix up in dbl booking our room. The front staff guy was great though. He fixed the problem . However all our stuff was in our room so stuff could have easily been stolen had the wrong people had had access. So wasnt feeling overly safe. Bathtub jaccuzi tap fell off into my hand the spout around shower head was loose and coming off the wall.Rugs werent very clean either Wont be staying again.

Good and lovely place to stay with easy access to the Lake View, Board walk and Bush Plane Museum. The elevator needs improvement, upgrading or modernisation, it squacks, trembles, stutters and shakes as it moves and comes a stop, which is scary.

After the horrific experience in Thunder Bay the main desk fella (forgot his name) was VERY patient & let us inspect our room prior to checking in. He also helped us with parking the U-Haul truck!

While checking out, receptionist told me I’ll get my $250 deposit back in 30 mins. I left and called hotel after 4 hours because I didn’t received my deposit back. Guy on the phone told me it’ll take 1-3 business days and I still haven’t received my money yet. How did it went from 30 mins to 1-3 business days! They told me I made a deposit through Visa Debit that’s why it’ll take 1-3 business days. No one told me this while I was making the deposit while checking in! This is so absurd! Won’t recommend anyone to stay in this type of hotel where staff doesn’t care to inform and explain these kinds of things. Still haven’t received my deposit of $250 back!

Clean and friendly staff. Older building but very clean and week taken care of despite age of building. Great location. Across from mall and close to lots of amenities. Expedia ripped us off for price! Purchase room through hotel. Expedia is over priced! We spend $70 more for the same room as our friends.

Very thin walls could hear everything. TV, limited service when could get it to work. There were no windows in the room or control of the heat. Mattress was not good, saggy and pretty sure the sheets weren't changed as found marks on them that we didnt make. yuck. Had to try several doors to get in a night. Not great area to be walking around at night. Friendly staff was nice
