“Vi blev uppgraderade till sviten så det är väl inte relevant med rummets komfort men sviten var jättestor. Frukosten var inte mycket att ha. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Fanns inte mycket att se och göra runt hotellet.”

“The resort is nicely located by the sea with nice garden . Pool and pool deck also good. The room was spacious, but a bit dated with some minor issues such as loose toilet seat. The main drawback is that the beach is not swimmable. There is a bay which looks inviting, but the bottom is not sandy, but made up of slippery and soggy mud. Staff was friendly and helpful as always on Samoa. All in all, not really value for the money charged.”

“This hotel does not meet my expectations for a Sheraton property. It may be time for Sheraton HQ to either improve it or remove the Sheraton sign here. The bathroom was incredibly dirty, likely not cleaned properly for months or even years. While the staff is friendly, they are extremely disorganized and forget things all the time. If you decide to stay at this hotel, keep your expectations in check.”

“Staff were so friendly and amazing our whole stay. The breakfast was fresh and tons of it and especially the pikelets, a real winner for the kids. The grounds and gardens are immaculate, all due to the hard work from the staff who would always greet us with a friendly Talofa and a beautiful smile. The rooms oceanside were the best rooms of the 2 beach resorts we stayed at and the beach is truly picturesque and the sunset every night was better than a postcard! The staff put on a fiafia on...

“Staff were friendly and helpful - they very kindly organised dinner for me, and I was the only one in the restaurant but portion sizes were great and well priced. Room was very basic but clean, has strong AC and hot water. It wasn’t the quietest hotel in the evening but its proximity to the airport was what I needed, and I had a very early start anyway. Airport transfer was included in my room rate which was great!”
