Absolut fantastiskt 6 sovrum och sex badrum. fastighet sover 12 plus jag har utdragbar säng för 2 extra personer. Ligger precis vid havet. centralt
ligger 5 minuter till Baby Beach, gångavstånd till Zeerover Restaurant. 15 minuters bilresa till centrum och 20 minuters bilresa till Eagle Beach eller Palm Beach. Allt helt nytt med 3D-golv. För mer bilder se Arubaontebeachs Instagram sida. com

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home. Edward was incredibly responsive and helpful with all questions and anything that came up before and during our stay. We had ten people staying in 6 bedrooms. The home has great space for a lot of people. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and beach, and we used the grill for a few dinners that we ate at the house. It is in a quiet area and just a 15-20 minute drive to the busier parts and more restaurants. We would definitely come back. The photos truly reflect what the property looks like.

We had a wonderful stay in Aruba! We wanted the location away from all the hotels and resorts and the villa had great location for us. We loved snorkeling right on our own beach! We spent a lot of time in the lounge chairs in the white sand out the back patio! We had no problems at all with the home and were super happy with our stay! Highly recommend!

Absolutely Amazing

PROS: Everything! House was clean, the house itself with the water behind you was wonderful. This was a perfect house for my family. The lock on the door was a bit confusing upon arrival, but the owner was responsive and sent someone over immediately. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Another Great Stay!

We spent four wonderful nights in Building #3. Last year we were in #1. Both units were more than advertised and the location is fabulous. The view of the ocean from our suite and pool were breathtaking. Well maintained and a very quiet neighborhood. We'll see you next year!

35 anniversary

The property is as advertised. Right on the ocean, 6 big rooms with baths. Quiet neighborhood, lots of restaurants nearby. Edward and Ton are incredibly helpful. I will definitely go back on our next Aruba vacation. It's about 15 minutes from the airport and the restaurants in the resort sector are a 20/25-minute drive and they accept reservations.

Beautiful views

Villa Fillipe is a beautiful vrbo destination. The house was clean and just as described. We loved the ocean- themed floor tiles, especially the dolphins! There were a few minor things (a broken upper cabinet, a non- working vent hood, and a dishwasher soap dispenser that wouldn't open during the wash cycle), but I'm sure Edward has already taken care of them. This may be an American thing, but a sheet to sleep under would be nice, rather than just a comforter. The only other minor thing is a house across the street blasted music from morning into the night on Sunday. By the evening, it was getting a bit old. But overall we really enjoyed our experience. Sunset views were awesome and the pool was wonderful to relax in after a day of sightseeing or snorkeling. We would definitely stay here again.

Unbelievable location

It was everything we could have asked for . Your literally steps away from diving in crystal clear water . The property manager is awesome, the grill was not working great they bought a new one and assembled next day . Top notch service for this family vactiojn

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect location to stay for our vacation. Close proximity to everything but not in the heart of the touristy area. So tranquil and the home is as described and pictured. Edward and Ton were amazing!

Great Experience + Beautiful Location

Celebrated my birthday in Aruba with family and friends. This villa was everything that it appeared to be online. Note that this is in a residential area and not where the main tourist area is located…but I value that. We had a great time and plan to book this villa when we come back. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful Family Time in Aruba!

We were thrilled that the property was just as it was pictured online! Edward and the property manager,Tony, communicated well and were great to work with. We snorkeled day, walked to several wonderful restaurants, enjoyed the pool and everything else the property and area had to offer. We would definitely recommend Villa Fillipe and hope to return one day!!

Amazing

The Villa is just how it looks in the pictures! Very clean and had everything we needed. It is on the quiet side of the island so it is very relaxing.. Some local grocery stores, a few great restaurants, food trucks and a great coffee shop all nearby. Edward was on top of all our needs whenever we had questions. We loved our stay and will be back!

If you like peace and quiet and a million dollar view come here we sopped buy the ritz and boy said wow we we're absolutely right on picking our place It's a 20 minute drive to the main stuff but if you want to snorkel walk out side absolutely beautiful they have a van that we used the entire time the staff was great the message was Awsome The pool clean if going with a group we had 6 and had lots of room

One Fantastic Villa

Every morning we woke up to a beautiful ocean view & a large, clean, & well-equipped Villa! The beds were very comfortable, & the en-suite bathrooms/showers were modern & had gorgeous floors with dolphins & seashells. There was plenty of outdoor furniture, & the pool was sparkling clean & very refreshing. Some members of our group snorkeled the Caribbean on the backside of the Villa. They reported that it was like being in an aquarium. The location is on the quieter side of the island, & located near Zeerover’s Restaurant & also the Flying Fishbone. Both are excellent restaurants! All in all, I would rate this Villa as an A++, & I would highly recommend it to large groups!

Awesome location, Great Experience!

We were a group of friends traveling to Aruba for a short getaway from the cold in Connecticut. We throughly enjoyed the stay at the Villa. It was perfectly located right on the water with beautiful views from practically every room. The owner was very responsive and answered all our questions. The place was clean and also quite private (we stayed at the villa at on end) since no one complained about the noise we made. Overall, this was a great experience. I would recommend Villa Felipe to anyone visitng Arub for a short stay.

Wonderful space for a crowd

We had 6 couples stay at the home…each bedroom has a nice private bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean! There was plenty of space to be together as a group or have time alone on the various outdoor sitting areas. The location requires a car to get anywhere but it’s easily accessible by the highway a block away. It’s is about 15-20 mins from most places and parking was not a problem. I would recommend this home for a peaceful vacation of relaxation. The views are amazing!! Three bedrooms have waterfront balconies and all but one has a water view. The kitchen was adequate but could have had more supplies. We had a few minimal issues that were immediately addressed and remedied. The management was fantastic and cares about the renters comfort.

Sandra 60th Birthday Girls Trip

The property was exactly as posted, very spacious, very clean, great location if you’re not looking to be where all the action is. The view from my downstairs bedroom was amazing, you get to see the sunrise and the sunset everyday and when you go up to the second floor there were 2 more beautiful bedrooms both with balconies with an amazing view of the ocean the only thing I would suggest is they add a small bistro table and chairs to the smaller balcony so that you can sit out and enjoy the view. The bigger balcony had furniture which was very nice for picture taking and just relaxing. I never made it to the 3rd floor but my friends told me that everything in the 2 rooms up there was just as amazing. I could go on and on about this amazing villa and would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay. The host was easily accessible via messenger and the person he had to oversee his property (Ton) was just wonderful he was there on time to let us in, helped with getting our luggage into the villa, very friendly provided his contact information in case we needed any help with anything. Thank you so much Ton you are amazing! If you are ever in Aruba this villa is the place to stay, no doubt plus he has transportation available for rental which you will need in order to get around the island or you can taxi but for us it more cost effective to rent the van from the host. Overall this has been my best stay ever.

Couples retreat

We enjoyed our time there. Edward was very responsive and the airport was only 16mins away. There is a restaurant about a 5 minute walk. There are some grocery stores and gas station about a 1/4 mile away. The van came in handy for our party of 10. Only 25mins from all the tourists destinations. Loved each room had its own bathroom.

Awesome Properties

Booked all 3 properties for a group trip for my BIRTHDAY and everything was simply perfect once again. The villas are in immaculate condition with beautiful 3D flooring, oceanfront pools with a beautiful sunset view over the ocean, linens, comfortable bedding, a kitchen stocked with everything we needed, beach chairs, and a very nice front courtyard with grill and seating to entertain. The villas are in a perfect location with restaurants and grocery nearby. Edward also took care of my group transportation at an excellent price . We had an issue with an a/c and Edward handled it right away. He was always available and responded quickly. I am a repeat customer and love these properties. I will definitely be back again and again! This is like my 2nd home! There's no other place in Aruba I'd stay. Edward's properties are top tier. I appreciate such an attentive and responsive host. Can't wait to return!
