Wonderful Family Time in Aruba!
We were thrilled that the property was just as it was pictured online! Edward and the property manager,Tony, communicated well and were great to work with. We snorkeled day, walked to several wonderful restaurants, enjoyed the pool and everything else the property and area had to offer. We would definitely recommend Villa Fillipe and hope to return one day!!

Amazing
The Villa is just how it looks in the pictures! Very clean and had everything we needed. It is on the quiet side of the island so it is very relaxing.. Some local grocery stores, a few great restaurants, food trucks and a great coffee shop all nearby. Edward was on top of all our needs whenever we had questions. We loved our stay and will be back!

If you like peace and quiet and a million dollar view come here we sopped buy the ritz and boy said wow we we're absolutely right on picking our place It's a 20 minute drive to the main stuff but if you want to snorkel walk out side absolutely beautiful they have a van that we used the entire time the staff was great the message was Awsome The pool clean if going with a group we had 6 and had lots of room

One Fantastic Villa
Every morning we woke up to a beautiful ocean view & a large, clean, & well-equipped Villa! The beds were very comfortable, & the en-suite bathrooms/showers were modern & had gorgeous floors with dolphins & seashells. There was plenty of outdoor furniture, & the pool was sparkling clean & very refreshing. Some members of our group snorkeled the Caribbean on the backside of the Villa. They reported that it was like being in an aquarium. The location is on the quieter side of the island, & located near Zeerover’s Restaurant & also the Flying Fishbone. Both are excellent restaurants! All in all, I would rate this Villa as an A++, & I would highly recommend it to large groups!

Awesome location, Great Experience!
We were a group of friends traveling to Aruba for a short getaway from the cold in Connecticut. We throughly enjoyed the stay at the Villa. It was perfectly located right on the water with beautiful views from practically every room. The owner was very responsive and answered all our questions. The place was clean and also quite private (we stayed at the villa at on end) since no one complained about the noise we made. Overall, this was a great experience. I would recommend Villa Felipe to anyone visitng Arub for a short stay.

Wonderful space for a crowd
We had 6 couples stay at the home…each bedroom has a nice private bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean! There was plenty of space to be together as a group or have time alone on the various outdoor sitting areas. The location requires a car to get anywhere but it’s easily accessible by the highway a block away. It’s is about 15-20 mins from most places and parking was not a problem. I would recommend this home for a peaceful vacation of relaxation. The views are amazing!! Three bedrooms have waterfront balconies and all but one has a water view. The kitchen was adequate but could have had more supplies. We had a few minimal issues that were immediately addressed and remedied. The management was fantastic and cares about the renters comfort.

The property was exactly as posted, very spacious, very clean, great location if you’re not looking to be where all the action is. The view from my downstairs bedroom was amazing, you get to see the sunrise and the sunset everyday and when you go up to the second floor there were 2 more beautiful bedrooms both with balconies with an amazing view of the ocean the only thing I would suggest is they add a small bistro table and chairs to the smaller balcony so that you can sit out and enjoy the view. The bigger balcony had furniture which was very nice for picture taking and just relaxing. I never made it to the 3rd floor but my friends told me that everything in the 2 rooms up there was just as amazing. I could go on and on about this amazing villa and would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay. The host was easily accessible via messenger and the person he had to oversee his property (Ton) was just wonderful he was there on time to let us in, helped with getting our luggage into the villa, very friendly provided his contact information in case we needed any help with anything. Thank you so much Ton you are amazing! If you are ever in Aruba this villa is the place to stay, no doubt plus he has transportation available for rental which you will need in order to get around the island or you can taxi but for us it more cost effective to rent the van from the host. Overall this has been my best stay ever.

Couples retreat
We enjoyed our time there. Edward was very responsive and the airport was only 16mins away. There is a restaurant about a 5 minute walk. There are some grocery stores and gas station about a 1/4 mile away. The van came in handy for our party of 10. Only 25mins from all the tourists destinations. Loved each room had its own bathroom.

Awesome Properties
Booked all 3 properties for a group trip for my BIRTHDAY and everything was simply perfect once again. The villas are in immaculate condition with beautiful 3D flooring, oceanfront pools with a beautiful sunset view over the ocean, linens, comfortable bedding, a kitchen stocked with everything we needed, beach chairs, and a very nice front courtyard with grill and seating to entertain. The villas are in a perfect location with restaurants and grocery nearby. Edward also took care of my group transportation at an excellent price . We had an issue with an a/c and Edward handled it right away. He was always available and responded quickly. I am a repeat customer and love these properties. I will definitely be back again and again! This is like my 2nd home! There's no other place in Aruba I'd stay. Edward's properties are top tier. I appreciate such an attentive and responsive host. Can't wait to return!

Amazing
Villa Fillipe was everything we could have wanted and more! The villa is spacious, beautiful, clean, and in the perfection location if you want some peace and quiet from the busier part of the island. We rented a car and all the attractions and restaurants were a quick drive away. We also looked forward to watching the sunset from the beach every night after a day of exploring the island. Edward and the property manager were so kind, responded quickly to all our messages and made sure we had a great trip. This villa was certainly one of the highlights of our first time to the island!

Great family vacation
The house was beautiful, the view was incredible! We were able to snorkel 15 ft from the house and there was lots of sea life. The house is a bit off the beaten path but the experience was well worth it. There were a couple of glitches but Edward, Antonius and Chantal we're very quick to fix everything. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

This property is a beauty inside and out. The on-line photos are exact. No creative photo shots. The photos are right on. Beautiful bedrooms. Awesome ocean views with sunsets. Each family member had a wonderful time. A pool maintenance man came several times in the week to clean and maintain the pool. We didn't have a need to call the property manager because everything was perfect. Well maintained and well stocked property. Everyone was impressed - even the teenagers!!

Thank you for your review, on Aruba all the beaches are public and property right on the beach. If someone pass by it’s they right to walk there. We rarely see people there but still they have rights to walk there And in regards to the music this was a Saturday and holiday nothing wrong with people to play music until 11 pm.

Family Vacation
This property was spectacular! The view and sunsets amazing! Beautiful villa with everything you need! Two swimming docks on either side of the property and a private beach to relax on! Quick responses to questions and needs. Renting the van was perfect! No waiting in line. It was new and clean! There were 7 adults and we had plenty of room. Rent this villa,you will not regret it!

50th Birthday Celebration
We reserved 2 houses and the pictures listed was spot on. I picked this home because of its location and dolphin decor & I was very pleased. Staying on a private beach made it even better. George the property manager was very attentive and available. His hospitality was phenomenal. George took us on a tour of the island. Edward helped me find my caterer & entertainment for my 50th beach party. It turned out great! All of my guests enjoyed themselves from start to finish. We weren't ready to leave. Everything and More!
Where to start! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. I came down with a group of girls for a bachelorette so there were a few moving parts in terms of organization. Communication with Edward prior to our arrival was always quick and efficient. He really made me feel at ease planning this trip and providing helpful tips of where to eat, location, and any questions I had about the place. The location was absolutely perfect - south of the airport and away from the major touristy spots. Sunsets from the pier and small beach in front were absolutely stunning. A few minute walk to Zeerover which was an incredible dining experience on the water. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot to host our group. Last but not least was George who was the property manager and the ABSOLUTE BEST. George went above and beyond in every way possible. We arrived earlier than anticipated, but he was there to let us in and give us a tour of the house. When I let him know that it was someone's birthday, he was able to help get a cake for the group. Always quick to response if we had any questions and helped facilitate rides and helped us with food suggestions for local take out when we got there as well since we were too tired to coordinate a big sit down dinner. Can't recommend him and this place enough!

The pictures does not do this property any justice. The view is completely breathtaking and awe inspiring. It is literally like living in paradise. The size of the rooms and bathrooms are great. You can fit a family of 4 on the beds in each of the rooms. There is a lot of storage space in the rooms & in the bathroom. Everything about this property was just amazing. We did have issues with the power going out on the third floor 2-3 days in a row which was the only negative about the stay. & unfortunately there wasn’t really a way for them to fix the problem but somehow managed to figure out how to balance the energy in the house so that the power wouldn’t go out on the 3rd floor while people were sleeping. As you know heat rises, so the people on the 3rd floor were hot until the problem resolved it’s set I guess. The electrician told us it was because people were also staying the the other two houses and the power breaker was maxed out to the fullest and there was nothing they could do. But regardless of that, everything is was completely amazing. George, the property manager, was literally a God send. He helped us with everything and was always a text away. He always quickly responded. George made our stay so easy and enjoyable. He helped us with making reservations every single night and even went out his way to make sure that we all ate. We were also offered a van (it was 6 of us that stayed) for a great amount compared to renting a car from the rental places out there. I could go on and on and on about how amazing George was and how amazing the view and stay was but I’ll stop here. BOOK THIS HOUSE because you cannot get this view from a hotel or resort.

Aruba really is ‘One Happy Island’
We loved it! George was so helpful with all our needs. The house was cool and close to Baby Beach and 10 minutes or so from the airport. The house offered us a van for a small charge and we were able to get cabs easily. Loved being 10 minutes from Noord but not actually being in the ‘busy’ city. Will definitely go back.

The location of property was excellent. The rooms and bathrooms were all clean and well maintained.

Relaxing and well worth it.
A group of 11 of us stayed at the property. The property owner, George, Thomas, and the cook Perina was great. The house was clean and the associates for the property were accommodating. What ever we needed Thom or George got for us...especially Tom who didn't mind getting us things withno problem. We used the chef who was great accommodated our requests. The food was awesome....I suggest to do a taco night because her Pico de was great.It's in close proximity to the airport, stores, and other places including a fresh seafood restaurant that is walking distance. The van rental came in handy as individuals in the group was able to explore the island. We will be coming back!

Our family had a wonderful time in Aruba and part of that was due to our stay in Villa Fillipe. George , the property manager, took great care of us. The location of the house is perfect as it is away from the tourist areas. I would say that renting a car is a must in order to easily get around. We rented a car from the owner and it was well worth it.

Edward & George are outstanding!! Providing expert local guidance on any vacation need or question. These well appointed homes are AWAY from the maddening crowds of the hotel-resort district, right on the water w/ excellent snorkeling at your doorstep! and the SUNSETS!! Numerous excursions available for guided snorkeling... ATV tours, catamaran cruises etc. Aruba has SO MUCH to offer & the Villa Fillipe homes are a great base from which to to luxuriate.

The house and view was gorgeous. The sunsets blew our minds. We had some problems with hot water and pressure and also had problems on second and third floor with a smell of sceptic. We contacted Edward (owner) and George (the property manager) and both tried their best to correct the problems. However we were without real hot water for at least three days and the smell never really completely went away. At times the smell was overwhelming. What was so excellent was the way Edward and George worked to try and correct our problems. My understanding is after we left they were going to tear some things apart and really deal with the problem, instead of quick fixes. We give a five star rating for service from both of them. We also hired Shirley the chef to cook two nights for us. She was so professional and cooked her heart out. We highly recommend hiring her for at least a few meals. She is an amazing cook. We truly enjoyed the views nightly. The bedrooms were very spacious and we loved the fact we could retreat to our rooms to watch whatever we wanted on our own tv which was a bonus after a day of sun and drinks. Overall we would recommend renting, especially if they get the sceptic and water situation fixed. We would go back but generally we tend to visit different locations yearly. Thank you George for being the sweetheart that you are and thank you Edward for trying your best to fix some of the problems we had.

Thank you for your review. Appreciated good words. But you have to understand when 12 people same time in the shower it’s hard to have hot water on top floor left. But we still add second water tank and you got hot water. In regards to septic smell I wish I would had an access to the property wile you there to show you guys how much toilet paper was in the pipes witch plugged entire system. But we unplugged and it’s working fine now. No smell anymore. You guys welcome to comeback anytime you guys wishes

Super great awesome stay
We had a group of 5 couples, and we all had a great time, and would most definitely stay here again. Edward is the main email contact and always responded in a quick timely manner. George was our contact while on the island, he was great, easy to talk with and very helpful. They can provide a rental car if needed, we had a newer van that was a better rate than the rental car agencies. So glad we had the van to go shopping, exploring and visiting Aruban beaches (Baby Beach and Eagle were our favorites) There are 2 great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. ZeeRover has a walk up window to order food and reservations are needed for The Flying Fishbone, both are a must visit. George lined up massages on the back patio which was so relaxing. He also put us in contact with Chef Shirley, she was very easy to work with and so reasonably priced. We picked a menu, picked a time and she did the rest. I could go on and on about our stay, just know if you need a big roomy home this is it! The house is on a main street, but it was very quiet, we all felt comfortable and safe here. Remember the house has a private pool, great ocean views and great sunsets, we will go back. Thank you Edward Thank you George!

We booked for 5 couples and could have not made a better choice of for the property.
I communicated with Edward through email and he always answered promptly. When we arrived, George was more than helpful. He came by everyday to check on us and was there whenever we called. We actually were spoiled by the customer service. He was the absolute best!!! This was the BEST experience we could have imagined. The property was clean and had everything we needed. I can’t say enough!!! Thank you for helping to make our first trip to Aruba worthwhile!!

Can't wait to return!
I cannot say enough good things about this property. We just returned and are already making plans to return again next year. The house is extremely well maintained, and we found everything to be as described in the listing. The 6 bedrooms are virtually identical (one is larger than the others) and are all fairly spacious. There is a small narrow beach area outside by the ocean and a pier a very short walk away in which to take an ocean swim (there is a ladder on the pier for climbing back). This was our first time renting a home in Aruba as we have been in hotel rooms for our 8 previous stays and we really loved it. Also enjoyed the layed-back "country" atmosphere of the southern part of the island.

Aruba Thanksgiving
What a beautiful property and we had it all to ourselves! We have been to Aruba before but usually stayed in one of the hotels. The experience that we had here will have us back at the house. George was wonderful with any and all our needs, he was there to make sure we had all we needed and made the stay even more special with the attention that he gave us. Ms. Shirley, our chef for three days was wonderful and the food that she made for my family was out of this world. The house was beautiful and equipped with all we needed to cook breakfast when Ms. Shirley wasn't there. My grandson enjoyed the pool and I don't know if he ever wore anything but a bathing suit the week we were in Aruba. We will absolutely be back again!

Absolutely Amazing
We had our self development retreat at the Villas (all 3) and it was nothing short of amazing. The property was immaculately spotless, the decor, the amenities and everything was just absolutely perfect. The Property Manager was amazing and became family!! He tended to our every need and request, and just showed everyone he came in contact with the Aruban culture, kindness and his knowledge of the property. He helped with EVERYTHING from check-in to check-out. There is no better place to stay in Aruba where you have the freedom to be at home, and we've visited quite a few. Walking distance from the best Aruban restaurants, 20 min drive to Baby Beach and we did it all. Looking forward to returning to this property next near and always!!

Charming Villa minutes from all the attractions
This villa was spacious, clean, and convenient. It was away from all of the tourists but close enough to all the famous site Aruba is known for. One word... AMAZING!!!!!
We were traveling with 30 people (20 adults and 10 kids) and with so many people collecting payment at the deadlines were teeth biting although Edward was so considerate and worked with us to get everything taken care of. We rented 2 homes and it was perfect. We had more than enough space... 6 Bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, dining for everyone to eat together. Not to mention George is the best! We arranged to have 3 vans and George was there upon arrival with the keys to the homes and the vans. I couldn’t call him but Edward relayed my messages to him and he was right there every time I called. Our family travels multiple times a year together and this is hands down our absolute favorite family vacation. Thank you for everything! This was AMAZING!!!! (Especially the view!)

Magnificent Villa by the beach
I rented this home specifically for it's 6 rooms due to the nr people in my party. Excellent choice !! Each bedroom it's own bathroom, air conditioned, TV, high speed internet, comfortable bed, and splendid view of the Caribean Sea. Life could not be better. And last but not least, the all-round fixer George who comes a running as soon as you call. Excellent service.

Awesome view in new house
The view the view the view. Great brand new home away from the busy end of the island. Beds were awesome. 2 Double beds built together to make a super king sized bed. Could of had 4 kids in each room. House was completely stocked with all the essentials. Lastly George the local host was there at the drop of a hat when needed. Rent this place with confidence.

Peace of Paradise
This place is so Gorgeous that we didn’t want to leave. Property is Brand New and unbelievably nice. 3D floors, Statues facing sea , white sand beach and to be honest pictures don’t justify Bcs in reality it’s looks million times nicer. View of the sea this property have is breathtaking. We felt rich and famous.Owner responds quickly on emails and George property caretaker have best service We ever experienced. We will be back.
