Om boendet

By Forsyth Park, W/ King Bed +New Bath & Kitchen!

  • This historic building has been renovated from top to bottom with gorgeous modern finishes. It is hard to believe the home is from 1909 when you are inside! However, your immersion in Historic Savannah is just outside the door. Forsyth Park is less than a city block away from the apartment. While literally hundreds of restaurants and shops are within 2 miles of the home some of the highlights are in the neighborhood section.

The kitchen, dining and living room are one large open floor plan with soaring ceilings.

There is a separate bedroom with a King bed

The bathroom is decorated with Anthropoligie wallpaper and vanity and newly redone from top to bottom.

Designated parking for one compact vehicle and free extra parking on the public street.

This unit is on the 'first floor' but stairs are still required so this is not suitable for anyone who cannot get up a few steep steps to the entry door.

Guests please note: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. You will then need to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. If you have questions about how integrated software partners are trusted and approved by VRBO and all Expedia Group websites feel free to call them to inquire.

My husband and I stayed here for a family members wedding and we were in such a good area in the middle of everything for the weekend! The bnb was super clean, cozy, and just perfect for our little weekend trip. The people above us were quite loud stomping and walking around upstairs and I will say I wish the owners provided maybe a few water bottles in the fridge for us but other than that it was a really great stay!! 10/10 recommend

PERFECT location!!! Just outside of the busy "bustle" of tourists. Perfect for walking to all the main interests in the Historic District! My only, slight concern, was the parking space behind the house. Very tight, if 3 vehicles are there. Also, a brief concern entering the property from the alley, at night. We became very comfortable with safety, although always "aware"...

Our stay was wonderful! We had a bit of trouble with the nest heating/cooling system. The manual does not explain how to change from cool to hot. My suggestion is to update that page in the booklet.
